I ordered a veggie pizza for carry out. It was ready in about 12 minutes which I thought was too quick. Sure enough the middle was very soggy and the pizza was flimsy. The veggies were chopped thickly and were hard.

This is a hard one for me because I love Papa John’s. I ordered a pizza today to matter fact. And one of the was supposed to be half cheese and the other half pepperoni and jalapeño. Whe th pizza came n we opened it it had jalapeño on the whole thing the reason I got half cheese was cause my grandson is a picky eater. I called the restaurant spoke to an employee who was very nice then to a manager who got on the phone and right away corrected the wrong for me and said she was gonna redo the pizza and send me out another one so I’m pretty sure she checked the order on the computer through the app that I sent The order in through and said she was gonna make another one and send it out to me. I thanked her so much and hung up the phone. Five minutes later I get a call from a different employee that is arguing with me that I ordered a pizza with jalapeño on the whole thing I went back into the app and I told her that I read the order off the app that I placed and it said what I ordered in a pizza I got is wrong so I told her don’t worry about it don’t make it I’ll no longer order pizza from them. I was trying to add a photo of the pizza which I still have and the order on the app details and it will not let me

I decided to order carry out from this restaurant when I arrive. It looked like nobody was there, and I went around to the drive-through push the button and nobody came in the window. Then I proceeded it came inside, and there was a lady standing there. She looked as if she was confused why I was there. I told her that I was coming to pick up Order and I already placed. She’s very nonchalant and seems as if she really didn’t me want to come there. Customer service is important factor to any business the food was ok but the rep pushed my business away

I placed an order at 5:11PM at this store (#1135) for two large 2 topping pizzas using one of their coupons online via the Papa John’s app. I pressed the “pay and order food now” button and got an error message stating that my order could not be placed and to try again later. I received an email from my bank stating I successfully paid for food in the amount of $35.72 from Papa John’s and it cleared my account. I called the store and explained that I never received a confirmation email nor have a confirmation in the app but was charged for the food. They were all VERY rude and told me that without a confirmation number I will not get my food..I expressed that was why I was calling..because I never received one but still want my food if I paid for it. The manager in the background was relaying her words to me through a worker and was very angry. I ended up just hanging up and reporting them to my bank. They need to fix this and hire better staff! No one deserves to be treated this way when it’s their mistake and not the customers. Don’t order from here. They are bad business and people.

This papa johns has very hard working staff who are under paid! I visited this location on Halloween to get a jack o lantern pizza for my kids and when I arrived it was a mad house inside everyone busting butt working fast making pizzas. The lobby was full the customers were getting rude the screens were beyond full Everytime the workers printed out a page of tickets another page was ready to go. The manger kept apologizing to the rude customers who couldn’t clearly see and understand they staff was already working as hard and fast as they could with a full oven and full racks of pizzas to place in already. My wait time was only 35 minutes even with all this going on. So way to go papa johns of lake station. 5 starts for sure! Oh and the pizza looked and tasted great
