Had two of the lunch specials. Was surprised by the amount of food presented, the portions were sizeable and realistically priced. For those seeking hot and spicy entrees there are several to choose from. We opted for the flour soup, it was tasty, flavorful and prepped us for our entrees. The wait staff friendly, pleasant, and helpful. It was overall a really enjoyable experience dinning there. Although it seems that they do a brisk take out service too.

I just wanted Chinese food.
I came here based on the Google recommendations, and It’s exactly what I expected. I know the area where I was visiting… it’s important to keep your expectations in check.
Having said that, service was friendly, food arrived quickly, and the portion size was great!
I wanted decent food, with a good portion size, for a decent price. That’s exactly what I got!
The vegetable egg rolls are hand rolled and were crispy and delicious. The Hunan Beef (Beef with vegetables and rice on the side) was satisfying.
I will be back.

Ordered their 3 meat Kung Pao dish but it was approx 60-70% water chestnut which was way too much; tasted okay otherwise. Crab puffs (crab rangoon) was decent; a little crispier than I typically get at other restaurants. No duck sauce for the crab rangoon, only sweet and sour was available.

Small mom and pop type restaurant. Got the chicken lo mein with hot and sour soup. Fantastic food. Entree comes with two scoops of brown rice and a spring roll. The lunch special is fantastic. Who heartedly recommend. I’ll be back!

Every Sunday, my mother in law chooses what she wants for dinner and when she wants REAL Chinese food, we order from Mei Han! The food is amazing! It’s a little pricey so we don’t have it as often as we’d like but we we try to get it once a month. We always order our food to go so I can’t speak of the in house service but the to-go service is awesome! Our food is always ready within 30 minutes and it is also hot and amazing! There isn’t anything on the menu that we have tried and haven’t loved. This is definitely a go to place for REAL Chinese food that is REALLY GOOD!! Thank you Mei Hon for making our Chinese food nights wonderful!!

This place reminds me of a restaurant in Chicago i grew up on. The food is always hot and fresh and pretty quick. I always get the bbq pork slices and add them to the Mongolian three delight chef special. The sesame beef is great. The hot and sour soup is delicious. The pineapple chicken is good as well. If you are on this side of town, definitely recommend stopping in. The lunch specials look like a great deal as well. I’ve just never been able to get there at the time they served the lunch specials.

It is a mom and pop restaurant. We found it once while in Tucson. It was so good we keep coming back when where in town. This time I had the Pinapple Chicken (pic). It was certainly good. Last time I had the Coconut Chicken. It was good but got a little sweet over time. Love this place.

This is my second review of Mei Hon. I have already enjoyed 5 orders of their PERFECT General Chicken with plain lo mein on the side… generous portions, delivered early and hot… but I figured I’d try something else from their menu.
Tonight, I ordered the House Special Lo Mein, with two of every animal, from Mei Hon… and it’s excellent, as expected! Generous portions, delivered hot, with two delicious vegetable egg rolls.
Seriously, folks: you really need to eat at Mei Hon. It’s the best Chinese restaurant in town… and maybe in the Southwest!
