The staff are lovely, and the managers are helpful and kind. The drivers are very quick grabbing orders and the whole time the staff were communicating with each other clearly and politely. The pizza had a perfect amount of cheese and the lobby was comfortable and clean. It’s very clear the employees work hard and are good friends, which makes for a great atmosphere. The employees were just absolute pleasures to be around. Highly recommend going in person for great treatment

Absolute trash. This place is unbelievable. Ordered delivery. Never came. They use door dash. Door dash claims ZERO responsibility for anything. They directed me to the actual Papa John’s store. They kept hanging up on our calls. Had to drive there to talk to a “manager” who was more interested in talking to their buddy at the counter. This whole experience was laughable. I don’t leave bad reviews but this was THAT BAD. DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

Rude and unprofessional. I used to order the special all the time (for years). New manager refused to sell one to me without any explanation. Got angry with me for asking. He could have just said “We don’t have that anymore. Sorry. Would you like something else?”… BUT NOOOOOOOO. He got mad, so I left and never ordered from them again.

The order taker couldn’t speak English. The credit card taker was in based in Kentucky and couldn’t take my number. And when I wanted to cancel the order I was taken to a customer service center in god knows where that couldn’t find the order. I will never do business there again

The manager was super helpful! Our apartment building is a bit tricky to get to, and Door Dash is their main delivery service. Door Dash said they delivered our order, but it never showed up. The manager was awesome and reached out to Door Dash on our behalf. They remade the order and asked the driver to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Overall, it was a great customer experience! Thanks you!

I ordered 2 pizzas got 2 RAW pizzas I Call and speak to a manager he replaces the pizza I get the 2 new ones and guess what they’re RAW!! I called back spoke to the same manager was threatened with the police over me complaining about my RAW DOUGHY PIZZA he then hung up on me was not professional at all very RUDE and SARCASTIC should not be a manager of no one not even himself. Poor poor poor service I will NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND THIS POOR PIZZA PLACE ANY SERVICE NOT TOMORROW OR IN NEAR FUTURE!!! I need Corporate I RATE 00000000 for the service!!! I really prefer Papa John’s but this location doesn’t represent the brand well at all. I’ve given them multiple chances but something is wrong with this location…go to the nearby Dominoes instead.
Very inconsistent with cooking and the amount of ingredients. I always ask for extra sauce and they hardly put any sauce or ingredients on the pizzas (See picture).

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional staff. I placed an order with them over an hour before closing time and the entire time I was getting updates that my order was on the way. Was taking a super long time so I called the restaurant just for them to say they cancelled the order. Not my fault their staff has incredibly poor time management skills that they can’t prepare two pizzas in more than an hour. ORDER FROM DOMINOS AND SAVE YOUR TIME.
