Two days in a row. Incompetence. How do you forget the rice 2 days in a row? Then the packaging; there was so much juice from the bowl, the bag broke and there went the bowl. Not a biggie; I returned to the store; The first thing I announced was that I will be paying for a new bowl; tell me why the person behind the counter doesn’t understand English? Was telling me that they couldn’t refund the money, LIKE REALLY? DO YOU LISTEN AT ALL??? Honestly, it was their mistake. They lost 2 customers today. Never again. Do better boys.

This hot head location is probably one of, if not my favorite, location in the greater Dayton area. It’s always fast, the portions are good, they’re not constantly out of ingredients like other locations are. Anytime I place an online order it’s always ready by the time I get there and the food is good.

When it comes to Hot Head Burritos, this is the prime example of what one of these franchises should be. The Food and employees are the best. Bar none. They are so good that I refuse to go to any other location. I’ve been to the other ones close to this location and the employees didn’t do anything wrong. But they certainly were not the same as the ones at the Tipp City location. I have tried everything besides one item that is on the menu. So far, I have yet to come across anything that I do not like. For extra fun, I have the employees make me whatever they feel like making. Again, I have yet to have anything that I do not like. So if you have never tried Hot Head, or you just haven’t tried this location, take the trip to the one in Tipp. You will not regret it.

Came in tonight, & was not welcomed in, no hello or welcome to Hot Head, just pure silence until I spoke up about what I was going to order. Since when did they start charging extra for an extra scoop of pico or corn (side note; it still was not enough for my liking). When I asked for shredded cheese the lady said it was only so many ounces of cheese & I said I’m not sure what that means, just a pinch is fine. Just felt like I was not welcomed, the employees hated their jobs & didn’t want to work.

I’ve never been disappointed by the service I’ve gotten at this location until today, while my food was good and the young lady that helped me was very nice and helpful however. The older women with red hair that was training her was very, very rude. There was no reason to belittle her in front of myself and another customer, that is no way to train a new employee. She should not be allowed to train anyone let alone be aloud to serve customers with an attitude like hers. After explaining what happened today to my coworkers they revealed they’ve had similar experiences with her attitude as well and her portion control. That being said if I walk in and see her working the counter I will be turning around and taking my business elsewhere.

I don’t know if it’s because it’s Sunday but it just seemed like the employees here hate their jobs. No “Hi” or “welcome in” when you walk in, no smiles, no friendly conversation. Just very meh about everything. If you hate your job this much, go somewhere else.
