Papa Murphy’s on Harrison is always on point. The staff is friendly, fast, and gets orders right every time. Pizza is fresh, loaded with toppings, and honestly one of the best values around since you bake it at home exactly how you like it. The store is always clean and organized, and they’re great about getting you in and out quickly. This location is consistently reliable. highly recommend if you want quality pizza without the usual wait.

This was our first time ever ordering from Papa Murphy’s. Upon walking in, the place was fairly organized and clean. There were two girls behind the counter that were extremely kind and helpful to us. One of them even complimented my hair and was super sweet. I really appreciated how easy they made the process! Trust the other reviews when they say the customer service is wonderful.
Regarding our orders, it was made just as we wanted. The employees were quick to hand us our sauce and cream cheese when we arrived to pick up our pies, and we were extremely satisfied before, during, and after eating. This is a very good place, and I’m happy that I had my first experience with Papa Murphy’s at this location. I think I’ll be a customer again here in the future.
Medium Pizza, Traditional Sauce, Mozzarella, Chicken, Spinach, Jalapeño, Herb & Cheese Blend: 9/10. Honestly, I didn’t have many expectations for Papa Murphy’s. I thought it would be mediocre at best. However, the pizza here was actually really good in comparison to most other places. Even the scent while it was in the oven was delightful, and I hoped that it would taste as good as the aroma smelled. Unlike a lot of other chain restaurants, the pizza has an actually decent amount of cheese on it, as well as a surprising cheese pull that left me excited to dig in. It definitely didn’t disappoint. I only ate three slices, but it was more than enough to fill me up. Eaten with the marinara sauce, I don’t think I can go back to other brands. I’ll definitely be coming here again to get this pizza.
Cinnamon Monkey Bread: 9/10. I ate way more of these than I should have, but I believe that it was worth it. They’re so fluffy and soft, not to mention sticky with the cinnamon syrup. Sweet and light, when paired with the cream cheese frosting, these make the perfect guilty pleasure ending to a fatty pizza meal. Super indulgent.
Large Thin Crust Herb Chicken Mediterranean: 3/10. Alright, I’ll start off with what I liked about it. The thin crust was nice to try. My parents ordered this one for themselves, so I only had a bite out of a slice to see if I liked how they make their thin crust. I do, and I’ll be getting it next time for my CS&J pizza. However, the flavor itself was just really bland and oily. Don’t get me wrong, oily pizzas are good—when they have flavor. Maybe this was just a fluke, but upon biting into it, I was super disappointed for some reason. It didn’t taste like much to me, but my parents enjoyed it. I wouldn’t get this speciality pizza for myself.

I ordered online. When I walked into the store; I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The lady came to assist me even though she didn’t have too and made sure my order was perfect. It was a really great experience and the pizza was made perfectly and delicious.

Food is always good, however they need to pay more attention to their orders when making them. I have ordered an all meat crust less bowl twice now in the last month and the first time I ordered it with creamy garlic sauce and got the normal pizza sauce. This time I ordered all meat and added bacon, onions and zucchini along with creamy garlic sauce. The only thing I got in my bowl was the items I added on and not the rest of the ingredients that are on an all meat and I was charged extra for the ingredients I added so I should have gotten everything

The stores, service, and food are great, but the online ordering is horrible, in my experience. I’ve seen USGov sites that work better. You folks need a lot of help to rebuild your app or corporate ordering site so that it’s clear, simple and not frustrating. I’m about finished with Papa Murphy’s because the ordering process is so frustrating.

The website is fairly easy to order ( make sure to designate no tip for ordering on line and take out) my location the pizzas are ready in about 30 minutes, I’ve always gotten the correct order no mistakes and the quality is good, my family enjoys it and baking is strait forward and easy. I bake it the last 5 min. off the tray to crisp up the crust a bit. THEY ABSOLUTELY SHOULD REMOVE THE TIP OPTION WHEN ORDERING ONLINE AND PICKING IT UP YOURSELF. You actually have to designate other to put no tip or it defaults to a 20% tip!!! FOR TAKE OUT !! ???

I love Papa Murphy’s Pizza. Their vegetarian pizza is particularly good. The New York one that they are running a special on lately is also really good. Here’s a couple pictures of the uncooked pizzas that show what I like to order the most of. The establishment is always very clean, and it’s very convenient to pick up a Papa Murphy’s pizza after you get your grocery shopping done at The A Fresh grocery store next door.
