Jordan at the pebble hills Jersey mikes should be recognized. Always the 1st to greet when you enter, super nice and helpful, but the best part is he does the sub in a tub the right way. Usually others just toss everything in don’t chop the Deli meat or tomatoes correctly.

Yeah, I DoorDash this order and I called the restaurant to ask them to put extra onions and tomatoes on it and they didn’t even put onions on it and maybe one or two tomatoes tops. I don’t know why I called. That’s why I hate ordering from a sub place because they never do your order like you asked for them unless you are there Piss me off.

Clean place, staff was nice. Prices are wayyyy too high… $10 for 6in sandwich?! It’s outrageous! Don’t get me wrong… the sandwiches taste great… but if your wanting a footlong sandwich as most people do, it’s easily $16! Plus chips and a drink? Over $20. Per person! Money that would be much better spent at a steak house! I really do like the food here, but at these prices….I can just as easily drive an extra block over to Subway, McAllister, or Earl of sandwich, and pay half of what I paid here and still gotten a tasty sandwich. Really wish the prices were more reasonable so I could eat here more often because the sandwiches are tasty… and everything seems so fresh. But it really does hurt my wallet just a lil too much to be a consistent customer here, no matter how much I like the food. I can’t justify paying $40 for me and my son to eat sandwiches and still leave hungry…

I had a great experience at this restaurant the food taste fresh. The customer service is excellent. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom is clean and just a whole atmosphere. I really enjoy having lunch at this restaurant. If you have an El Paso Texas, I would definitely recommend it.

This is the third time I’ve been to this location and had, or observed an issue. Two people ahead of us, they order. We then order. Another gentleman comes in and orders, then cuts in front of us and the other two people who were in front of us.
The one guy I think mentioned that there was a line to pay and the man who cut just mumbled something and pushed the guy out of the way. Staff stood there and just looked lost.
This happened as well about a month ago — however I told the guy there was a line (I mean why were we standing there if there wasn’t) He got a little mouthy with me, then realized it probably wasn’t the best of ideas to continue on when he was wrong to begin with.
I hate the way Jersey Mike’s is run. Slicing the meat when you order is cool and all, but it’s annoying and just adds extra time, especially if you’re ordering several sandwiches.
Not to mention the 100% cross contamination of cutting cheese then meat on the same slicer without wiping it down. I used to work in a deli and management was ridiculously strict about cleaning the slicer after cutting meat or cheese (we didn’t cut 6-7 meats back to back). I’ll have to ask my friend who works for the EP County Health Department, because it sure seems like some sort of health violation, but again what do I know?
I really like the food, but this location needs a super re-vamp. The one at the Fountains could use one too — seems the staff are all just disinterested kids – the one on the west side used to be our go to location but all the construction on I-10 makes it not worth it.
Anyhow seems the establishment doesn’t follow up or respond to reviews on here, maybe something they should reconsider. Connecting with customers is KEY.
