Amazing service and managers! A friend and I decided to order bagels for teacher appreciation at a local daycare. After ordering on the app I noticed there was nowhere for me to add a note to say who it was from, so after I placed the order I called the store to explain and see if they could include it on the receipt or something and the women on the phone (McKenzie) offered to write a note. A little while later she sent me a beautiful sign she made for the teachers!
The next day I got a call from the manager, Ty, saying they ran out of bagels due to previous catering orders and couldn’t fulfill my order (it honestly was partially on me for ordering at 6pm the night before and barley giving them notice). We decided to push the order a day since it was only Thursday and he explained he wasn’t sure about delivery, once I explained the story he said he would personally deliver them if necessary!
The next day McKenzie sent me this beautiful display of my order (with a couple extras ) and ensured it had been delivered as she knew I wanted to ensure the teachers get this token of appreciation this week.
This team CLEARLY went above and beyond to ensure my order (which meant a lot to me to show my daughter’s teachers appreciation this week) was taken care of. This experience surpassed any and all expectations that any business could ever provide. Thank you Ty and McKenzie and the Irondequoit Panera Team!

Ordered my food early and had a set time for picking it up. Came ten minutes later from the time that was set. Food was not ready and then when I asked about my order was told to hold on and the worker worked on other orders. After five minutes she started to work on new orders that had been placed way after my order. Got an attitude because I said that I had order my order way ahead of time and I only get a 30 minute break for lunch and why is my order not ready. Had to ask her again about my order and then she found it and had to complete it with the missing items. The lasagna soup was nasty but the sandwiches was Asiago sandwiches were good so out of the three orders one was bad. Won’t be ordering from this location again bad customer service and they don’t have orders ready for pickup time. I understand it’s busy for lunch but that’s why I ordered through my app and even actually waited an extra ten to pick up my order to ensure that it would be ready so I could come in and out but it didn’t happen again. This is the 2nd time this has happened I didn’t write a review when it happened the first time but die to the disrespectful tone and attitude from the worker I had to write it this time.

Update: Although the manager couldn’t care less when I called about my last order, I followed up with customer service and they gave me incentive to try again. This time was much better. The soup was more full and I really like the new medley salad.
I did delivery and they’re missing ingredients in my salad and nearly half my soup is missing. $11 for a little more than half a bowl of soup and very little flavor in my salad. Disappointing when you spend over $30 on lunch. First time I’ve been disappointed with a Panera.

Nate and Jeny are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I’ve been coming to Panera weekly for well over a decade.
These two go above and beyond with service and attention. Nate exhibits leadership and is very knowledgeable. I wish this location could clone these two.

TERRIBLE. I would not even rank a 1-star. My friends and I went last night and we really should not have. All orders were wrong and they seemed understaffed, which is unfortunate, but why take it out on your customers instead of your management? My friend ordered a certain sandwich and received the complete wrong order — in addition to pink, undercooked turkey. Absolutely unacceptable. There was also meat in her salad dressing, something that should concern any vegetarian/vegan customers! They cross contaminate. I ordered a pick-2 with two soups (ten veggie and broc. cheddar) for my partner and I, both of which tasted like drinking burnt water. I assume they poured hot water to mix the soups they were cooking, because half of my soup was just slushy, filmy water. I took a picture of it just resting in a layer on the surface in addition to the undercooked meat. When my friend called, they only offered to re-make it if she came back. When I called, they offered a refund if I had the receipt. Which one is it? Why make your customer come back from driving all the way home to re-make a meal, who would want to do that? We will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Had a door dash order (was working and can’t get our food). When it was delivered this Panera had sent the strawberry basil lemonade with CILANTRO in it and not basil! I called the store and they refunded the drink order (thank you), and the lady on the phone was very sweet and understanding. She also stated she’d inform staff of the discrepancy so hopefully it doesn’t affect future orders. So just a caution- if you’re ordering online and not in person, careful ordering drinks with herbs, as some of the workers there don’t know the difference between basil and cilantro.

The service was terrible, the young man acted like we were bothering him and my order had very little, if any chicken on the frountega sandwich. And the tomatoes for it were placed on part of the sandwich and 2 slices on the tray my food was on. I was not satisfied with any thing at this store on east ridge road rochester ny.

My French Onion soup had almost no cheese. The sandwich was okay, not spectacular. I took the lid off my very expensive latte and was SHOCKED!! It was only HALF FULL!! I paid full price for a large, got a small inside a large cup.

Brand new Panera with their new decor package. Service was above average….they actually brought our order to the table and made sure everything was ok for us. Since it’s a new restaurant, everything is super clean.
