It’s no Denny’s. (The building was a Denny’s prior)
We went to brunch on a Saturday. It was quite but it’s also a beautiful day out. Service was great, food was ample and tasty and drinks (start at 1030am) were creative, fun and delicious. Menu is creative and pricing is consistent with other options around town.
Fun decorating with a good vibe. Multiple seating options for 2 to 10. We made reservations and didn’t really need them, but in talking to the server it seems like there are certainly times they are needed.
We also had drinks the night before with a friend here. Same stars same review. Nibbles and cocktails were spot in.
Short of the long – worth a visit for sure. A Moab style slice of a big city lounge/restaurant.

My wife & I had a dinner reservation at BIRDY’S at 8pm on a Saturday.

The dining room was clean, hip & low lit. We were sat immediately. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered the smoked salmon latkes, Braised short rib with fried cauliflower, mashed potatoes, the Prime Rib sandwich, a Squatter’s Double IPA, a tart gin cocktail, and a slice of blueberry lemon layer cake for dessert. All the food was fantastic and presented beautifully. We spent $156.53 including tip.

If you’re in Moab you’ve gotta go eat at BIRDY’S.

Rose took amazing care of us! The food was truly spectacular. We had lobster Mac n cheese, chicken lollipops, and a variety of entrees, I would recommend them all! The service was great, everyone was kind and attentive and we are excited to come back for just dessert some time soon!

This is the coolest restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. I’d like to consider myself a bit of a foodie, and this place hit all the of the points. The minute we walked in I was intrigued by the ambience, because it was very obviously a diner of some sort prior to Birdy’s. We spoke with the bartender about its previous identity as a Denny’s. The owners have created a hip, modernized version of a diner with killer food options, attractive staff, and a vibey ambience. I wish there was a Birdy’s in my hometown!

From start to finish, everything was amazing. The service was top-notch — the hostess greeted us warmly, and our server Sierra was friendly, attentive, and informative.
We started with drinks — my husband had an Old Fashioned, and I had a bourbon and Curaçao cocktail (can’t remember the name, but it was strong and delicious). His Old Fashioned was spot on.
For appetizers, we got the butter board and the chicken lollipops. Both were sooo good. The chicken lollipops were fried in duck fat, crispy and flavorful but not heavy. The butter board came with two sweet and one savory option, all served with homemade bread.
For mains, we ordered the Wagyu burger and the ribeye hatch chili queso sandwich. Both came with hand-cut fries that were cooked to absolute perfection. The ribeye sandwich was insanely tender and flavorful, and the Wagyu burger was juicy and perfectly topped with smoky bacon and fresh onion.
We honestly loved everything — the food, the service, the whole vibe. Birdy’s is definitely a must-try if you’re in Moab.

Spent our 15th wedding anniversary here and it did not disappoint. From the moment we sat down to when we left this was overall pleasant. Food is a bit pricey but I feel it is worth it based on what and how much you get.

Food was the prime rib dinner: comes over a bed of mashed potatoes with cauliflower and sweet potatoe strips. New York strip with broccolini and sweet potatoes. Drinks: The Judy and Dirty Birdy. Dessert: Chocolate Ganache with a gold leaf, this was absolutely devine. Both drinks are amazing. Would recommend and would be back.

Picked this place for our anniversary dinner. The vibe was perfect! Unique, upscale diner that was romantic and beautifully decorated. Our appetizer was delicious but my steak was just okay. It was very chewy and hard to eat but my sides were so yummy. My husband got the short ribs and that was fantastic! Overall we really did enjoy the dinner here.

If you are in Moab, definitely stop here for a meal. If you are even in the vicinity, make a pit stop to eat here!

The interior has a great vibe and the staff were friendly. The food was even better. We got the breadboard, lobster Mac and cheese, a cheesesteak, and a chocolate dessert. Plenty of food for two. I’ll be thinking about the Mac and cheese and the dessert for weeks!

The space is great; the decor makes the place welcoming and cozy. Our server Rose was excellent, explained the options well, and everything was enjoyable. We ordered the tarragon salmon and the Wagyu burger. The salmon was perfect, paired with nice carrots and an amazing sauce. The burger was a bit dry, and the sauce is okay, but the fries were perfect!

Great place to dine Moab! Ask for Chelsey! She was the absolute best. The food, drink, and atmosphere were incredible but we came back the next night because of her.
