My half sheet was put in a box that is too small. See photos to reference how my pizza was placed! The 3 pieces face down are not salvageble, I’m glad I ordered more pizza than what I actually needed to feed my family. I also asked for well done and the pizza was floppy.
Normally I’d call the store but I didn’t particularly care for the vibe I got from the guy who rang me out. I asked if they had pre-made pepperoni rolls I could buy while I picked up my order and I was made to feel like I should have known that everything is made to order. Sorry, this was my first AND last time ordering from this location. I’ll try again at another store.

My salads lettuce were so wilted, and missing cheese. The pizza was very salty. I did call and they offered me credit for the salad but only at the one in mineral ridge. I was picking up on my way home and won’t be returning! I’ll stick to the ones who don’t serve wilted salad

Great pizza. They were a sponsor for the Toughest Monster Truck Tour pit party. I stopped in to get the free pit passes, and a pizza to support them for sponsoring the event. The pizza was great. Excellent crust. The pizza was perfect. Unfortunately I live a couple hours away, bit whenever I’m in the area I’ll be sure to stop in and grab a bite.

AMAZING!! In the area for a conference we were intrigued by the unique specialty pizzas. DELISH. We got the Nashville hot and the perogi pizza. Seriously so good. Incredible value too. We will find a way to come back! The crispy chicken salad was so good I forgot to take a pic til it was almost gone!

Placed an order around 9 PM for a cheese pizza. Picked up and got home with the pizza and upon opening the box, it looked like the most un appetizing pizza I’d ever seen. The crust was WHITE as it was not left in the oven long enough & the taste was awful! I have no clue how this place charges almost $20 a pizza and it comes like that…..

Food is always very good . However tonight my in laws ordered a sheet of pizza while I was out and about .
I messaged a friend that works for them to ask why the pizza was so thin like computer paper .
He than gave me the store number I called the store to ask a simple question and the manager Shane would not let me get one word in edge wise every unprofessional very rude and never was I asking for a refund or anything.
Shane needs to learn to let customers explain themselves and respond .
Had he let me respond it would have been a simple oh ok I understand and thank you for explaining however he had seemed to be in a high horse for some reason and that pisses me off and a few cus words were said from my end due to the lack of professionalism shown on his end .
Coccas pizza is a very good pizza place always has been .
Shane needs to undergo management training and or be immediately terminated for his lack of understanding and integrity along with professional leadership over the phone
He attempted to threaten me with harassment charges due to the curse words I was saying in result of his unprofessionalism at the end of the day. It is my first amendment right to express the way I feel in any way i fit verbally there’s nothing he can do about that. The new generation has no regard for upholding professionalism within the workplace and think they are entitled to do whatever they want whenever they see fit
On top of everything my in-laws had picked up the order it was not delivered
So how can he justify threatening me with harassing his delivery driver when he a friend of mine that just so happens to Work for the Company no food was ever delivered we did not schedule delivery

Absolutely beautiful and delicious pepperoni rolls ! I ordered some for everyone at work today and I would have taken a picture but we opened the box and immediately demolished them because they were so pretty.
