We’ve been coming to this food truck for a long time because the food is genuinely really good. It’s been one of our go-to spots, and we’ve always had a positive experience — until recently.
On our latest visit, I ordered a hamburger and unfortunately found a bunched-up hairball inside. It was extremely off-putting. We immediately called to let them know, but instead of being apologetic and understanding, they tried to dispute it. When they asked what color the hair was, we said it looked brownish/black. They insisted that all their employees have black hair and suggested the hair must have fallen in after we opened the food — which wasn’t possible. For context, I have blonde hair, and it definitely wasn’t mine.
I asked for a refund because I didn’t even take a single bite of the burger, but they refused and only offered another burger instead. I explained that after finding a ball of hair in my food, I wasn’t comfortable eating there again. Still, they wouldn’t refund me.
It’s really disappointing, especially because we used to love this food truck and recommended it to so many people. Accidents happen, but the way a business handles mistakes matters even more. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be returning.

The wait time is ridiculous. Ordered a burger and fries and waited over 20 minutes. Prices are high too. Total came out to 22 dollars. To top it all off they gave me the wrong order and argued me that it’s correct. Way to run a business.

This food truck is very very good!!! I give this place 5 stars….that’s how good it is. This was our 1st time grabbing a bite from here and it won’t be the last. We grabbed a couple of hot dogs a burger some papas a large quesadilla and some delicious aguas frescas. The food was well served and it has an amazing flavor and those aguas frescas are very delicious and fresh….they are really a thirst quencher. The service was also excellent and I really recommend this place and don’t be turned away because of the prices it is really worth every penny….I cant believe how big the papas are. Another thing I loved about this food truck is that you can place your order ahead. Thank you all for such great food and great service.

If I can leave a half star I would. They have bad customer service. They fight with customers for there mistakes in getting the order wrong. They charge more than what the price says on they’re manu. Now I am unsure how safe they make there food.

Love this place! I have it a 4 star simply because today I feel like they rushed in my order. Didn’t really taste that great today and only had 5 fries with my big hamburger order. Also my 3 Chile’s momia were missing! LOL. I’ll go back to this place though.
