I’m not a regular at this Starbucks, but on Dec 23rd I decided to stop by before heading to HomeGoods. My daughter insisted on having the full coffee‑house experience, so we pulled into the store instead of just using the drive‑thru like we usually do. What a great choice!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was the energetic, buzz‑filled vibe we all know around this time. Yet despite the rush, the staff treated us like VIPs. They smiled, greeted us warmly, and took the time to chat. One barista in particular, Will, went above and beyond, despite a slip up in my end ‍♀️ he made sure we had what we wanted and showed genuine care.

What struck me most was their enthusiasm and how they managed to keep the service quick without sacrificing warmth. We both felt welcomed and appreciated, which made the coffee‑house experience feel extra special. The coffee itself was on point. Smooth, aromatic, and served exactly how we ordered.

If you’re looking for a quick caffeine fix or a cozy spot to sit and savor a drink, I highly recommend stopping by the Starbucks near HomeGoods. Their staff turns an ordinary coffee run into a delightful experience. Especially on a holiday weekend when the energy is high.

They add things you don’t ask for. The last three times I’ve ordered from this Starbucks through Uber Eats, my order has been wrong. Today they added chocolate syrup that I did not ask for, there was about an inch of syrup at the bottom of the cup, which completely ruined the drink and made it inedible. This ruined the entire order and is unacceptable, especially after multiple mistakes. Do NOT order from here on uber eats. The picture attached is the order today on the left, and what its supposed to look like on the right.

Not sure what is going on with the consistency of how drinks are made here or if they are made correctly at all. Today was the second time I received a drink that was missing the customizations I made via the mobile app. I see them correctly listed on the sticker on the cup so clearly it’s the negligence of the staff. Please do better. It’s made me lose faith in the Starbucks brand because why am I spending $7 on a coffee and not receiving what I paid for?

Very disappointed with the manager yesterday morning. I ordered drinks through mobile app thinking we would get red cup. I didn’t realize it had to be holiday drinks. They hadn’t made drinks yet but she wasn’t helpful. I bought new drinks & she still wasn’t helpful! I understand why starbucks is not doing well if they are hiring managers who have no idea what customer service is! Very disappointing

We received the Holiday cup on November 13, filled with our drinks. When I questioned the employee why was the drink inside the holiday cup, she said that how is suppose to be. A nasty chemical taste didn’t allow us to finish the drinks. Later, I found out that the drinks were not suppose to be inside the holiday cups. Very upset about this experience.

This morning I went inside Starbucks on pines bvld. Inside the Target and ordered a Carmel Frapp. Maria made the best one I ever had! She greeted me with a smile and my Frapp was made with ❤️ THANK YOU MARIA!! GREAT JOB.

This Starbucks lost power and did not tell people waiting in line in drive through. Common sense says let everyone know we are temporarily closed and unable to serve. That did not happen, very disappointed in the manner this was handled .

I don’t usually frequent Starbucks because, in my opinion, the coffee is over-priced and average, especially because I always drink my coffee with no sugar. To me it seems that the majority of Starbucks products are way too sweet.

However, we do come to meet with friends because they do enjoy Starbucks.

This last visit was very pleasant because the barista was super sweet and provided fantastic service. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a red apron and a red headband. I was really surprised because at most Starbucks that doesn’t happen. Good on this Starbucks…keep up the good work.

The store was roomy, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable.

I stopped by this Starbucks inside Target before work, hoping to grab a quick coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Even though I understand mornings can be busy, no one acknowledged me at all when I walked up to the counter. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would’ve made a big difference, but instead I stood there without a word or even eye contact from the staff. After waiting, I eventually walked away upset and without my morning coffee.
I usually love Starbucks because of the service as much as the drinks, but this visit didn’t reflect that. I hope this location can improve on basic customer acknowledgment so guests feel seen and valued, even during busy times.
