I can only speak to breakfast at Daisy Jo’s which I’ve sampled several times. They appear to be the local favorite for breakfast with a good selection of all the usual breakfast fare at fair prices. Eggs prepared as you like. Friendly service. I’m partial to egg, bacon, toast with a side of biscuits and gravy. Coffee is fresh, hot and keeps coming (but served Midwest style, which is to say, on the weak side). All good. No complaints.

I enjoyed my BLT when I stopped by. I also got a butterscotch malt, all in all a good place to eat with its great prices, service, and food.
However, their Chili Cheese fries could use some more seasoning. It had a strong tomato paste taste more than a chili taste. The beans and fries were cooked to perfection, not horrible by any means.

The food was absolutely terrible. The chili soup was sweet on the first bite and super salty the rest of the time. Two thirds of my party had something they didn’t like in their order, and someone became very ill.

Stopped in on our way home from dinner. Cute shop! The kitchen closes and hour before closing but it was okay we just wanted ice cream. They have a nice variety of flavors including some with Mackinac Island fudge and some sorbets. The prices were great and we will definetly be back.

This was my first time going to this restaurant and I can tell you the service is great, the food is delicious and totally worth the price as you get decent portion sizes and the atmosphere was great!! I would highly recommend trying this diner if you haven’t already, they have all kinds of options for both breakfast or lunch/dinner!

The building is a little dated but the food and our waitress were great, cooked the bacon just like I like it. We waited a bit for our food, I think they were shirt staffed, but the food was good.
