The wait for delivery was pretty normal (45 -60 min) but when we got the pizza I was fairly disappointed. Both of our pizzas had several slices without any cheese or toppings or only on a small portion.
I really love IPC but the quality didn’t match the price today.
I’ll just call next time, but it’s rather convenient to go through their online portal and see the options as you order, or to change the order when you’re with a group as to not waste their time on the phone. I still recommend Idaho pizza to friends and family. Just look how they heap on the toppings!
Edit 8/8/25: updated to 5 stars. They added a warning that notes are not acceptable to make modifications. It’s not ideal but it’s also not easy to build a custom online ordering system. Very solid improvement A+
When we walked in, no one greeted us. We stood there for a couple of minutes noticing the buffet was still fully out, with pizzas stacked on top of each other, before finally speaking up to ask how much the buffet was. The first employee we spoke to (we didn’t get her name) responded very rudely with, “We’ll be with you when we can,” even though we had already been waiting quietly.
A few minutes later, a different employee came from the back, asked if we had been helped yet, and kindly took off her glove to help us. We asked about the buffet and she told us we were 30 minutes too late — which is totally fine and understandable. Out of curiosity, we asked what happens to all the food after the buffet ends, and she said they throw it all away.
This was shocking because there was a full table of food — enough to easily feed multiple families — just sitting there to be trashed. The cashier then asked the first (rude) employee if we could still do the buffet, and she looked over and said in a very dismissive tone, “It’s clearly over. It’s 2:30 and it ended at 2.”
Between the unfriendly and dismissive attitude, the lack of greeting, and the fact that all that perfectly good food gets thrown away instead of being donated — especially in a small community like Kuna — this was a really unfortunate experience.
I would genuinely love to reach out to the manager to see if there’s any interest in starting a small community donation program for situations like this, where leftover food could go to families or individuals in need instead of the trash.
We won’t be back unless things change.
When calling to ask for a refund the supervisor was rude and short with my wife, didn’t even offer an apology.
I have an anaphylactic allergen to cheese. A few bites won’t put me in severe distress but cause quite a bit of chest pain.
These were small penny sized droplets all over the pizza, hidden underneath toppings in some cases.
Extreme laziness and negligence, won’t get another dollar from me, we ordered from here all the time.
