I tried Popeyes’ new BBQ wings and they were delicious. Great flavor! The customer service was just as good. Cassandra, the manager, is always so friendly and caring, which makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT USE THE APP. I placed an order on the app and made it to the store 20 mins later. I came through drive thru and told the lady I had a mobile order on the speaker she couldn’t find my order and they was laughing in the background. So I came inside and they still couldn’t find my order. I waited and waited still nothing. They refuse to make my order said they could not make the order cause it’s not showing in the system even though I showed them it was purchased at their location. They offered no help and didn’t care and the manager on duty was there and did not help. I left and tried to contact support through the app is useless did not work. I called corporate the next day couldn’t speak to nobody it referred me to the app. Lost $20 no refund HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Waited over 20 minutes for popcorn shrimp at Popeyes North Hills! Was pulled up to area “1” to wait on FRESH shrimp that I never got! Team member came out as if to take a break and asked was I told to wait/what was I waiting for? Team member then replied “POPCORN” as if they had an epiphany, went back inside, and I still received no food! I paid $11.54 for a frozen strawberry lemonade. Received no food! Called to speak to manager on duty, no answer phone just rings. HORRIBLE SERVICE! TEAM MEMBERS ARE RUDE! Do not go u less you want to waste time or money!!

This Popeyes is generally decent, not good, but decent. Today was terrible! I went through the drive through and ordered two 6 piece wing meals, one with a frozen lemonade. The lemonade was not frozen. I told them and they was like “oh, that’s just how it is”. I then opened my wings to check the order and several of the wings didn’t have sauce on them. I informed them about the wings with NO sauce on them and they stated the manager said it would be .82. I said the wings did not have sauce to begin with. They still insisted I pay extra even though several of the wings had absolutely NO sauce on them. I paid the .82 for sauce to avoid conflict. Then they asked me to pull up and wait because they needed to open a bag of sauce which is likely the reason there was none on them to begin with. At this point I was over it and just had them to refund my entire order. The managers were unprofessional and the workers were clueless. Avoid this Popeyes on North Hills st.

Cassandra is one of the kindest managers I have ever dealt with at Popeyes. I arrived 10 minutes before the restaurant opened. She took my order and treated me awesome! That’s unheard of. She is customer service crazy! Shania brought my food to me and was absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Placed order pulled up and paid for it then they asked me to pull up 30 minutes later she came out with half of the order!!! I looked at my desert and it was out of day !! So I walked in and said something about it and she told me it was still good but the kill date was two days ago !! Then she told me that my shrimp tackle box was not on my order!! I ask her for my receipt so I cold look at it to make sure because I was never given one !! She was right they completely missed that I don’t know how because she repeated my order then said pull forward to pay ! But my desert was two days out of date and she acted rude saying it’s still good I told her I didn’t want it because the kill date was two days ago !! She gave me two new ones that was frozen!!
