One of the best Japanese Tepanyaki style steakhouse. Great food with a live cooking show. They start with a nice salad and miso soup. The combination dinner comes with veggies, rice, a few shrimps, your choice of combo selection which could be anything from steaks, chicken and seafood varieties and dipping sauces. Reservations come in one hour window per table, but that’s enough time to enjoy a fast paced live demo dinner. Great for families, small birthday parties and groups.

Bari Bari Japanese Steakhouse is absolutely phenomenal! We love going there every chance we get and even when we can’t dine in, their take-out is just as amazing. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and we’re always impressed with the quality no matter how we order.
Vinny and his staff are truly exceptional. Their customer service is top-notch, whether you’re greeted in person or calling in an order. They’re friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make sure every experience is perfect. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like family, but Bari Bari does exactly that.
We can’t recommend this place enough. Five stars all the way and we will be back many more times!

Don’t bother with this place.
Our Gyoza appetizer was undercooked.
The entrée was mediocre and the sauces that were on the table when we were seated had been out far too long.
My black iced tea tasted like the plastic storage container it had been stored in for who knows how long.
The wife of the nice couple sitting next to us said her green tea tasted like whatever hardware that was used to prepare it needed a long overdue cleaning.
Skip this place and try another.

AWESOME place for any occasion! The service was great, and the food was OUTSTANDING!!!!! The steak was so DELICIOUS and tender it melted in your mouth! If you like garlic, be sure to ask for extra grilled garlic. They grill garlic cloves that add to the flavor of your food! Groups of 6 or more, 18% gratuity is automatically added to your bill. I didn’t mind it because Pedro (Chef) deserved it! I wish there was a spot where you could have added extra gratuity for a bigger tip, but there wasn’t. It was all added in and totaled up. If you carry cash, you could always just leave an additional tip in cash. DEFINITELY will be returning!!!!

Apparently under new management. The owner would never treat his guests the way they do no. Specificity Ithan at the front counter. I ordered dinner last night and was charged for cold food. (I was sitting in the parking lot when I ordered and went in at the time that was given). To top it off, I was given soup in a coffee cup that spilled.

I am so sad that after years of patronage, tonight will be our last here. The food quality has changed so drastically that we were not even able to eat the filet. It was such poor quality you could smell it after being plated; which seriously says something. Texture and taste all point to foul meat.

This a “go to” for my family. We do alot of celebrating here. The food is wonderful and we’ll worth the cost. Celebrate a birthday and receive a Sapporo from the owner. Steak and scallops are a winner, you’ll probably take some of it home, because you get so much.

This is a fantastic Teppanyaki restaurant, they have completely remodeled the entire restaurant tables and the staff is amazing. We are fortunate to have known one of the new owners Vinnie for the past 12 years as he was our chef on request every time, the 2 owners met at Millikan high school in Long Beach and have been best friends ever since. You will be well taken care of at this authentic Japanese restaurant.

Been coming here for years. Love this place. Great seafood selection and always filling. Entertainment value is great too but mainly come for the fresh quality grilled food and beer. Have tried pretty much everything on the menu and everything is great. A little on the pricey side so anticipate a heavier bill at the end but worth every penny. Until next time thanks bari bari!
