The girls at this Rita’s gave me the best sundae I’ve ever had! They hooked up my three year old with a bowl of custard with a cone on top which was absolute perfect for her to enjoy an ice cream cone at her pace. Just wanted to give them a shout out and will be coming back!

I’ve been to many. Something must be wrong with machines. The ices were almost melted. For the prices shouldn’t be. If they neglect that, i can only imagine the despensers. ARE THEY CLEAN? Where are the adults?

This place is normally ok to go to. Today I ordered 2 water ice and the vanilla tasted like chemicals , I only took one bite and went up and asked the girl if I could switch it out and she said no I will have to charge you. I told her if she couldn’t do it then to just give me a refund and she reluctantly did switch it out. She was rude from the get go. They need to train there employees better.

Hard to change my order but haven’t been let down by anything I got. Great menu friendly faces and love seeing parents bring little ones and making those special memories like I have of going to get ice cream,now it’s frozen custard but what a good upgrade.

Rita’s is great. Service was prompt because it wasn’t busy. We got water ice after we mini golfed. We were the only ones mini golfing the whole time-just over an hour.
The mini golf is not very nice overall but the course is amazing and challenging for only $5. It’s 18 holes overall with a few holes that will test your skills with a putter.
The maintenance of the courses is bad. Still lots of ants (another review from two years ago mentioned this) and twigs and flower petals from trees. Two of our three players had our ball get stuck at the top of the wishing well hole (hole 13 maybe). It was from all the dirt and other debris that washes up and collects after many rains.
Hardly saw any trash around the place and a couple of trash cans to utilize.
This is a good course but it could be better. Please clean it.

I asked for extra caramel and got little to none ask for Caramel on the bottom and top and there was none on the bottom like I asked we paid extra for the extra caramel that we never got Person kept giving us dirty looks when I asked for what I asked for and was being rude the entire time called A couple minutes later and asked for a manager and they said there was none that I could speak to And the one girl tried to act like a manager Until I called her out Overall was very disappointed Will never go to this Rita’s again we’ll go to the one on 5th St., Highway
