I ordered a cake for my daughter’s bridal shower. It was absolutely beautiful! The decorations perfectly matched the decor at the shower venue. In addition, the taste of the cake was a big hit with the guests at the shower. The cake was completely gone at the end of the shower- everyone loved it. This gluten-free bakery is one of the greatest Discoveries in the area For anyone with gluten-free dietary needs. I love their vegan bagels and order them every week. Their staff is so friendly and remember your special orders. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is so pleasant. I ordered a cake for my grandfathers 70th birthday. Was a great hit! Everyone enjoyed it. The decorator did such an amazing job also! highly recommend!!! Got my birthday cake there this year, absolutely amazing! Service was great as always, and it held up(hubby got it 2 days early because of a snow storm was due to hit) you wouldn’t know it. I stopped by yesterday and again today looking for a gluten-free cake to celebrate our kiddo’s due date. The staff was friendly and accommodated my request in under 24 hours. My wife described the design she had in mind, and this bakery blew our expectations out of the water. They captured the significance of the day perfectly, and when we saw the cake, my wife was in tears of joy at the decorator’s artistry.
They crafted a beautiful 12-inch chocolate and vanilla layer cake with blue buttercream, which we brought to the hospital with us. The cake tasted amazing moist and rich (a little dense, but you could savor the quality in every bite).

I stopped into the Happy Mixer location in Wayne, a few weeks ago when they were selling gluten free soft pretzels. It had been years since I’d had a good gluten free pretzel. I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I was to be able to eat “real food”. I was so happy, I’m pretty sure I shed a tear. I cannot say enough good things about this bakery!!!!!

My family has tons of allergies. They even have soy free goods. My family now enjoys baked goods that you cannot tell that they are gluten free, soy free, dairy free etc… They are super friendly and very kind. Go get their donuts, cakes, muffins etc… If you have a birthday, wedding or a special occasion this should be tour place to pre order. They also have allergy friendly breads. I love when they make their rye bread,So delicious. Give them a try! Well worth the trip. This is a store that I schedule on my calendar and my family is excited when they know I will be bringing back goodies from there. Also try their sandwich bread and more.

Prices are fair for the quality, and the portions are generous—you definitely get your money’s worth. It’s also a great spot to pick up something for a special occasion like a birthday or a wedding anniversary. This place really makes gluten-free feel like no compromise at all!
