I came to this Sonic location to get a late night snack After pulling up to the stall and pushing the button I waited a few minutes When it was answered I was told “please go to drive that’s where the only carhop is” I was the only car on the parking lot this isn’t the first time in the past month an it seems to be the tall blonde manager or the guy I’m assuming is a manger But this time I start to pull around the manager was outside making out with a guy I thought it was very unprofessional I decided to not waste my money at this location a went to a local gas station I’ve come to the tough decision recently due to this last visit and refuse to go to this location after 6pm Due to The unprofessionalism of the management and also comments that I’ve personally heard from the staff that is EXTREMELY inappropriate to smoking their pot vapes outside the door in drive thru I tried calling the store this morning to speak to a different manager and nobody answered the phone I hope this gets taken care of soon
The best service I have had from this store has been in the past year is between 11am and 5 pm. I hope you guys get this figured out and best of luck! Please get better employees

Just ordered food here. They brought out a small when we ordered a medium. The carhop was super rude and then on top of that just offered to charge us for a second one at the medium size. This is not the first time we’ve had problems at this sonic.

Typical Sonic shake, but the guy taking the orders does not listen. I ordered something specific that is listed on the menu and he rang it in incorrectly and charged extra. You might need to retrain your people.

I’m not wanting to usually complain, but this place has issues. I ordered a wrap, a groovy fry and a lemonade. I got my food. The first time in the drive-through and all they gave me was like a medium fry and then I told the lady about it and drove off without looking at what they had given me again and when I opened it up, it didn’t have groovy sauce just a large fry, so I pulled back around and told her it was wrong again and she said sarcastically I guess you want sauce then and I’m like yes that’s what I paid for! The kitchen looked like it was a mess and the sarcasm really irritated me. Usually, I just let this kind of stuff go, but after having it corrected twice and it’s still not being right irritates me.

Haven’t been there in 6 months due to poor food/service. Though maybe they had gotten it fixed. Ordered a simple foot long & tots. Nothing special. Took them 30 minutes to get it to me. I could go on! See pics.

Dropped my chicken sandwich on the floor which took them an additional 10 minutes to make. Tried calling to report but of course no answer. Horrible location with horrible staff. Waited 15 minutes for an overcooked, chewy chicken breast

Order in the drive thru, took 20 minutes. We then got up to the window and they did not have our order. We then had to reorder, the dude asked us about 10 what our order was but would never punch it in, that took another 10 minutes. When we received our drinks they were all wrong and not what we asked for. They were also very unprofessional when we asked about it, we weren’t being rude or anything, but they sure were. When we question them about our drinks the dude working the window says “can you come and speak to them” in the rudeat way possible. The next worker come up and says “let me check your receipts” all rude. After just accepting the drink we pulled away, one of the worker slammed the window shut and gave us the dirtyest looks. We then went to put a straw in one of the drinks, there was a large clump of hair.
