Every visit to this location is extremely disappointing. The staff are ALWAYS confused and unorganized, service is painfully slow, and drinks are almost never made correctly. My most recent order was prepared so poorly that it was completely undrinkable. I pay $5 for a small drink at Dunkin, I’d expect it to at least be drinkable. The order tells you exactly how to make the drink and they still make it wrong, must be so incompetent that they can’t even follow instruction’s. This location is a complete waste of time and money!!!

I have never had an issue at this Dunkin, and it has always been my go to spot. Today was the first time I experienced a problem. I ordered a decaf Dunkalatte and made sure to emphasize that it needed to be decaf. I was still given a caffeinated drink. After drinking it, I started shaking and felt my heart racing while I was driving. It scared me and left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day. I hope the staff double checks orders like this in the future..

Wasn’t gonna leave a review so I decided to call instead I came it was storming. I placed my order online and my drink was made completely wrong. I clearly had espresso caramel cream in my coffee. They made the coffee with no cream whatsoever. Completely disgusting. I called the store three times and let it rung and wrong and wrong until it disconnected and it is three employees in the store. When is the manager which is the lady and two gentlemen who are extremely sweet this is bad customer service you guys really need to improve so when customers is trying to reach you about your screwup

I used to come here a lot now lately I stopped coming here due to the lack Quality their food taste like they preheated it from the night before that they never sold so they’re trying to sell it again the next day the hashbrowns were so hard that I had to throw them away. The coffee was horrible tasted burnt. I would not recommend this place ever to nobody. There’s other Dunkins around that can do a better job Poor Management

Our group had a planned meeting in their room at 2pm. We planned it with management and it was good. Today I arrived and saw 2 people go inside so I went inside. But it was locked and was told the shop was closed. Apparently they were going to seal coat the whole lot around the store and closed early. They even told cars to leave who were in the drive through line. They gave no notification to us about this and we were shocked. Dont plan any meetings here because you’ll never know when they are open

This Dunkin use to be the best but things change! This busy Sunday morning at 830am, year 2025 and they can’t take a $50 bill? Flash alert! $50 ain’t what it use to be, it’s more like$25 in today’s money. This is poor management.

This is one of my favorite DD locations. Friendly staff. Efficient and fast service despite it being a busy place generally in the mornings. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. Two rooms more private with Office tables for groups. Theme decorated Halloween, etc depending on holiday. Has a drive thru.
