I’ve never had a bad experience at a MOD Pizza. This location is no different. In the several times I’ve been here, the staff are all polite. They work efficiently, so the food is done fairly quickly. And EVERY TIME they are careful to get the dairy free as I ask, including making on the order form. It makes this a safe place for a good lunch.

One night, after a nice long day of work, I decided to reward an employee (and myself) with some delicious pizza.
It’s not the pizza I’m giving 1 star about.
When I entered the bathroom, an employee left the stall and exited the bathroom.
When I mentioned this fact to the other employee saying: “Hey, I noticed they didn’t wash their hands.” His reply was equally disturbing when he said: “Oh, it’s fine, he’s just working in the back.”
I don’t leave unnecessary bad reviews.
I was disgusted. I don’t care if he’s only walking from the bathroom to scrub the floor. Everyone leaving a bathroom stall should wash their hands, especially if they’re going to walk by where my food is being prepared.
I haven’t been back in some time, equally disturbed by the fecal hands and the feeble excuse.
If I enter Mod and see the trapper hat employee, I’m walking back out.

Some employees put care into how a pizza is put together, and some do not, unfortunately.
I received an unreasonably small amount of cheese, so I asked for more and the guy put a very small bit more on. Asked for more please, and he said he couldn’t put any more on. Are they rationing cheese??
I don’t know why the difficulty. I have patronized this restaurant enough to know how much cheese is usually on my pizza… and this wasn’t it. I’ve never been limited on what I choose to have on my pizza here. I’ll pay more if the proprietor decides that’s the rule.
We asked another employee for the name of the guy who made our pizza, and he said “I can’t give out names”. How is management supposed to get feedback about their employees unless people have a name to reference?
Some of the more recent employees here either really don’t like their job, and shouldn’t be in the service industry, OR they are needing some serious training on pizza making and how to interact with the public.

Been waiting to go try MOD’s Pizza pretty easy access It was my very first time there didn’t know how things go, felt a little rushed didn’t get to choose the sauce I want as the lady had already put the red sauce on the pizza and asked questions They said they were busy however my grandson and I pretty much the only ones there at first I get it lunch was upon us. The cashier was very nice patient understanding asked if we could sit outside They said we had to stay in until our name was called however well eating I noticed they took pizzas outside to be other people who had gone outside So I would say customer service was okay not the friendliest. Overall the food was good was awfully giving another shot.

I so appreciated the customer service of the crew on the line today. I asked for gluten friendly and he immediately asked if I’d like him to change his gloves. I said yes please. I don’t like to ask typically because I feel bad doing so and I shared that with him. He was gracious and reminded me to ask, as you can’t help if you have allergens. It was greatly appreciated

my BYO pizza is always delicious and made to perfection. i took my boyfriend here a couple days ago and he was amazed at all the choices. he’s a vegetarian so it’s always a little difficult to find accommodating places. he may have gotten a little carried away and got like all the toppings but his pizza was still delicious. only complaint i have is i wish they had more appetizers / sides besides the garlic bread as it kind of lacks in flavor aside from the insane amount of rosemary they put get on it
