Chiffon and Tj helped me out. They both gave me amazing suggestions on what to get based off of what I wanted. I work in the service industry so I can recognize an upsell but, dang am I glad Tj did. The drink he recommended was amazing. Amazing portion and I didn’t spend more than $18, and the food was amazing. Will be coming back. They both deserve a huge raise. I didn’t even look amazing when they came in, but they treated me with so much kindness. Management. Please read this review.

Great food. When we walked in today the store person told they had 7 orders ahead of us from online and wait time of 30 mins. I took a seat and decided to wait. We all go through days when situation is not conducive. The staff were honest and up front. They also had called additional staff who came in while we were waiting and girl who did our order was patient and ensured all topping were added. I know a couple of people were not happy when informed there were many orders ahead of them. Mod pizza online should help stores toggle the intake

Mariah and the gentleman that was working with her providing excellent customer service. They worked together well and greeted everyone that came into the door. The beverage area was well stocked. Mariah asked if we wanted salad or a drink to go with our pizza. As a leader in my career, you acknowledge great customer service when you see it and Mariah exhibited nothing short of that. Mariah and the gentleman she was working with (I didn’t get his name), worked together great as a team! Mariah also encouraged us to sign up for Mod rewards and explained the benefits of signing up for the rewards, so we did! Not because the QR code was on the sign above the register, but because Mariah presented the rewards program in a way that I couldn’t say no. It’s not often that you experience excellent customer service so I had to take the time to share this. Both employees get a 10 star from me and my family! Great job!

The pizza was good. I got the Mod unlimited toppings. They do not load up the toppings like their signs says. It is the exact opposite. They are very skimpy with the toppings. Large fountain drink was $3.69! Ridiculous!!

Every time I come to this location, there is always the same women working, and I must say I hardly ever leave reviews, but I feel like hard work and great customer service should be recognized! Thank you for always making our visit great. Food is always fresh and delicious!

This was the first time eating at this establishment. The staff made it easy to order and explained how things worked. I saw them from start to finish make and bake my pizza. I ordered the Mad Dog which is for meat lovers and it was fantastic. Clean store coupled with a great staff made my first-time experience here great.

The staff are always really friendly! The pizza ingredients are really good! I love how you can choose your own ingredients or I have a menu to choose from. Their desserts are yummy! Even if you feel too full to eat the dessert, be sure to buy one so you can eat it later!

We loved MOD Pizza. The salad was fresh and delicious and a huge portion. The pizza is equally amazing! The crust is crispy and delicious. The prices are very reasonable. The whole family can get what they want for an excellent price. Even the black tea was yummy. We will definitely add this to our list of regulars!

When this MOD Pizza location first opened its doors a while back, I was always impressed by their pristine cleanliness, exceptional quality, and friendly staff. However, over the past few years; it feels recent visits have revealed a bit of a decline in their standards.
During my most recent visit around dinner time, I was surprised to find the store notably understaffed and in complete disarray. The dining area was unkept, and the visible kitchen area was very untidy. It’s clear that this location has the potential to be a great dining destination, but these issues should be addressed promptly to restore its former appeal.

We live right next door in Windsong and usually don’t come because of how long it takes to just have our pizza made even if no one is in line it seems like there are 3-4 employees in customer view but not really doing much. Last time I came there was a girl working her butt off, she did more that all 3 other employees combined in the 20 min I was in there. This time I came back and she was here again doing the same thing, she is by far the hardest worker in here, and while she was not helping me directly she started a conversation with me and had a big smile on her face near closing time. Whoever reads this higher up needs to know Michelle (I believe her name is) has made this store about 10 times better since I’ve been coming over the years and we will come back more frequently because of her.
