Over multiple visits, I’ve consistently observedan Employee named Juan’s behavior that is unprofessional, disrespectful toward customers, and inappropriate for a customer‑facing role. His interactions often come across as rude, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service skills.
I’ve also noticed him speaking to coworkers in a way that seems aggressive and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. This pattern has been noticeable enough that it affects the overall experience at this location.
I’m sharing this because this behavior does not reflect McDonald’s standards, and it makes the environment feel unwelcoming. I hope management addresses this ongoing issue!

Employee made fresh fries when I ordered so I didn’t have to ask, but unfortunately I received about 20% fresh hot ones and the rest were cool and soggy.☹️ Not busy at the time either. Disappointing experience.

Consistent service. Haven’t had to worry about orders being messed up. Only 2 issues have happened and they involved utilizing a free order from the app. I understand fast food places and busy and when I mentioned they forgot those items they were respectful in providing them.

I needed to post this review. I always choose this location in my ride and i need to finally give appreciation.
Out of the 4 McDonalds in my travels i try to make a point to choose this one if i can fit it in. The leader on duty when i typically go is Princess (she said thats her name so well go with that) she is amazing! She knows my order and customizes it exactly the same each time and makes it really well. Ive also seen her instruct the others on using the register to sub certain things when needed. She is a very valuable worker who seems to actually care how the location performs.
The foods good, prepared as it should be, instructions are followed. The location is good because its right in Walmart but im honestly not sure if i structure my McDonalds visits around Walmart or my Walmart visits among THIS McDonalds. Its just dependable.

They messed up my order and when I brought it to the managers attention with amazing tattoos, she told me to keep the sandwhich, ran in the back and quickly re-made it her self and gave me a medium fresh fry to go with it.

They always mess up your order and most of the time the employees don’t even know what deals are being offered. I have literally had 5 occasions when they told me that was on their board in front of me was not being offered only to find out they were wrong. Always check your receipt here and your bag before pulling away.

This McDonald’s is a typical McD. The employees at this McD are friendly and helpful. My only problem with this place is the food prices. The best way to take advantage of the place is to take advantage of their specials. There is no inside seating due to Covid. Some McDonald’s offer inside ordering and access to the restrooms.

Relatively clean, staff and managers are always kind, tried the new artisan chicken sandwich was not overwhelming impressed. I really wish they would bring back the spicy Mc chicken on the dollar menu.
