The pizza was solid. I visited around 2 PM on T 3/3. The older woman who took my order was delightful. She was warm, kind, helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy her work. Very friendly, always smiling and energetic. So many folks in the service industry are on the indifferent to surly spectrum. Her energy and spirit made the experience.

OMG we had a rip snorting time at the ski hill and were starving. My daughter came up the the wonderful idea of grabbing some pizza and having a milkshake. So we stopped at this location and did exactly that. Lisa knocked it out of the park with great service asking how we were feeling today. Then she made one of the best milkshakes ever!!! Yummy! I highly recommend this spot for a nice and convenient stop for some great tasting food!!!

After over 30mins in the drive thru, finally received our food, no napkins, no utensils, and had to take one of the 4 meals back inside to be fixed. Definitely not a “drive thru” place there. Spent almost $50 and had crap food, missing things, and having to go in anyways, then to wait for my replacement food!

Horrible experience. 20 minute phone call trying to place an order. Told me 40 minutes to pickup. Showed up and got told I was early so it was going to be 25 minutes. Manager came out screaming at me and admitted they hadn’t started my order and said what were we suppose to do we had a $900 pizza order before you. He was so Incredibly rude and unhygienic looking too. I will never go back

My husband has been telling me how good this pizza is and for the first time I tried it. The wrost pizza I’ve ever tried. We called the order in on 07/14/2025 @ 5:00pm we were told the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes, we got to Rocky Rocco pizza in Deforest WI at 5:35pm. We waited at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to help us. When the kid did come the counter his hair was messy and only a very small amount in a pony tail the rest of his hair hanging around his face, he tells us the pizza wasn’t ready it will be another 5 to 12 minutes. We go sit and wait time goes by we hear nothing so we wait about 25 minutes later my husband walks up to the counter and asks is the pizza ready the young kid who helped him had no idea what he was talking about. So he goes to ask the messy haired kid and he disrespectful tells the kid over there very rudely. The kid gets our pizza and hands it to my husband we leave.
We got back to our hotel with the two pizzas mind not cheap either, one was the works the other mother load. They where not completely cooked the dough was raw and the edges where burnt. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza to anyone. If I’m gonna eat pizza again it will be Domino’s it has better flavor, cooked completely and the people at dominoes treats you like a person not like your bothering them.

Food poisoning possible…dont go here. I’ve talked to corporate 4 times now and it dont change. I’ve even submitted to health department…..undercooked, raw dough on pizza and breads ticks multiple times, pizza having inedible smell and taste…

If you’re hungry, keep driving… I wish we had. I ate at my first Rocky’s back in 1988 and have been addicted ever since – I am a HUGE fan of Rockys – I have been to countless locations in my life. That said, I was appalled at the cold, hard, cheeseless puff they sold me at this location after a 15 minute wait in the drive through. Does anyone care about service and quality at this location?

After ordering 2 staff argued about if we could order pizza out of the oven. They were rude and inappropriate. We waited several minutes for the pizza, when a second staff person interupted our wait and said we could not order pizza from the oven. WHAT????
They played around the with the slices fresh from the oven as if to try to fool us into thinking we were getting what we ordered. Never seen or experienced anything like this before. The place was filthy and because of their arguing they forgot our cheese dip.
