The Pines in Sevierville never disappoints. Amazing atmosphere, great bar food, and top-notch drinks. The Hummus and pretzel bites are always a favorite, and I just tried the Brown Butter Manhattan—absolutely delicious.
The service is always great, and the overall experience is consistently solid. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed spot with great drinks and food.

We used The Pines as our wedding venue and I genuinely would not have changed a thing. Christine, the event coordinator, made sure every one of our needs was met with a smile on her face. She was very responsive throughout the duration of the wedding planning process and the staff was very accommodating not only to ourselves, but our guests as well. The quality of the food, drinks, and the atmosphere just cannot be matched by anywhere else in the area.
We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary where it all started someday!

We attended a guest of the wedding welcome party upstairs. Eric was our server. We had about a hundred guests. Eric handled our entire group. He is an incredibly skilled, professional, courteous server. He made the entire function go so very well and we would definitely recommend anyone coming to your establishment to ask for him. Absolutely top notch server and we all fully enjoyed our evening

Attended a rehearsal dinner here. This is such a cool venue for events like that! The games are so sick. They have nintendo switches, old school video game machines, miniature bowling lanes, this big soccer game thing, darts, and likely more I didn’t see. The games were super helpful for keeping kids and guests entertained. The service was also good (from a guests perspective at least). I had a great time here!

We had our rehearsal dinner at The Pines Downtown. From the very start, Christine was responsive and genuine. We went to visit The Pines, and Christine was kind enough to give us a tour and answer all of our questions. Ari and Eric were our fabulous servers. Ari even offered to take my plate and set it at the table for me while I got caught up talking with my guests. They both made sure I was doing good and always offered me a drink when my drink was empty. The food and drinks were delicious as well! Some of our guests even enjoyed some of the bowling and games available downstairs. I highly recommend for any event. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a phenomenal experience with our server earlier in the evening while sitting in one of the lounge areas, which makes it disappointing to have to write this review. After closing our tab, our group of eight moved to the dart area near the bar. My friend and I went to the bar to start a new tab. It was about an hour before closing, the bar wasn’t busy, and there were two bartenders working.
After standing at the bar for about five to seven minutes without being greeted, the female bartender with short dark hair finally approached us. Unfortunately, she was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She asked—very abruptly—if I wanted to start a tab or close one. I responded, “I wanted to open a tab for all of us, but you’re giving me the vibe I shouldn’t,” because she truly made me feel like we were bothering her. She then slammed my card and ID down on the bar and said, “You all aren’t getting anything.”
We immediately spoke with the manager about what happened, but she was also dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the situation, she was defensive and offered no accountability. Two guests sitting next to us at the bar even told us they were shocked by how rude and unprofessional the bartender had been—they witnessed the entire exchange and couldn’t believe how we were treated.
It’s unfortunate to see that kind of behavior from both a bartender and a manager. We will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that others spend their hard-earned money at establishments that actually value their guests and promote a respectful, welcoming environment. Don’t work in the service industry if you can’t be kind. Period.

Fantastic venue, wonderful and helpful staff. I even lost my earbud charging case and they found it and remembered me 2 days later and rescued my case to return to me. The honey Sriracha wings were stellar and we definitely got some to go! Thank you all so much for a fantastic time!

Our group of 5 had a great experience at the Pines last night. The one gentleman was super attentive to us and all the staff were really friendly. Good Non Alcoholic options, plenty of beer choices, fun bowling and other games!

We love going to The Pines, not just because of the food and creative drinks (some created by the bartenders), but also because of the service and great attitude of all the staff – always smiling. I also love the menus in the old books and all the fun games available (for free) and Duck Pin Bowling.

We stopped in yesterday after checking into our hotel to grab some drinks, food and watch some college football. It was a great way to end my birthday celebration because this place was fantastic! We started with some drinks and then went with the spinach & artichoke pizza and the loaded tater tots. The pizza tastes better than it looks but the tater tots are PHENOMENAL. Now I do think they should have a plate underneath because the amount of grease that dripped onto the table was quite surprising. They were the best loaded tots we’ve had. The service was fantastic and everyone who came to check on us was spectacular. We are from Greenville South Carolina and we can say this would be extremely successful in our area. We played some Mario kart and the sliding wood disc game. Great idea and we wish you nothing but success!
Not sure why this is listed as a hotel though.
