I have a bad cold and all I wanted was some good pho and a banh mi with lots of jalapeño to clear out my sinuses. I sent my fiancé to this cart to get it to-go due to the good reviews and I’m SO GLAD I did!
I made up my bowl of pho with all the fixings and sauces they provided and ate it before I remembered to take a picture… my bad. It was like a warm hug from your Vietnamese grandma! Super fresh ingredients and flavorful broth. I added just enough chili crisp and jalapeño to breathe again.
The pork banh mi was the best I’ve had in the city! Crunchy but soft roll stuffed really full of grilled meat and fresh veggies. Highly recommend!

My fiancé said the lady running the cart was super sweet and also made sure he had every condiment before he took his to-go order home. A+ customer service!

I’ve had to absolute best banh mi here with both chicken and pork. If you want it SPICY spicy, specify you want it SPICY. I believe the bread is homemade. The owner is the sweetest person ever, we’ve gained fun rapport. I always recommend this food cart whenever we have company. The spring rolls are delicious I get them every time. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the pho. With the colder weather I’ll be sure to try it! She’s very quick it usually takes 10 minutes for us to get our order. I can’t recommend this food cart enough.

I had Mai Pho after an exhausting morning touring PSU! It was raining and the most cheerful smile greeted me at this food truck! I ordered the tofu noodle plate. The nice lady gave me a little container of the spicy chili oil too. It was all phenomenal! Literally the very best Vietnamese food I have ever had and I live in Seattle, I’ve had a lot. This place was incredible and like I said, just the nicest lady. That chili oil is sublime though. I will dream of it all.

One of the best bowl of pho I have had. The broth is super fragrant and flavorful. Lots of chicken and plenty of toppings. The shrimp salad rolls also are so good along with the peanut sauce. Only thing I am upset about is why I didn’t try this place sooner. The owner is also so nice. Will definitely be my go to for pho from now on.

Kind, generous, delicious, what more could you want? By far the best pho I’ve ever had! I tried hers within the first few days she came here, and I’ve been hooked ever since. From the first time I’ve tried I’ve been practically begging my friends to visit her. She puts time and effort into her cooking and you can tell from the look alone. I’ve always felt warm and welcomed approaching her cart. She must be protected and supported at all costs!!
