Chick fil A never disappoints but the sandwich was juicier than most. I like the restaurant feel of the floor layout. Your not eating right next to the order line/ cashiers. The staff is not the usual bubbly chick fil A personality. It was my daughter’s birthday I asked the cashier if they do anything for bday’s. She respectfully said not sure. I could tell that she didn’t know, she was the only one taking orders. And didn’t have anyone to ask. She did a great job with everything else.

It’s amazing how quickly places go downhill in this town. It seems like any time I go here they either mess up the order or the food is subpar. Tonight’s latest…I just want a grilled chicken club. Nothing fancy. I get a grilled chicken with more lettuce than chicken…and no bacon. The chicken was as thin as a McD’s burger patty and covered not even half of the bun. I was so ticked that I threw my “nugget on a bun” straight in the trash. I’m done wasting my money at this place. It’s only the Elkhart location that is this bad.

I really like chick fil a the flavor of the chicken on their original sandwiches is great I never put toppings on because I love the taste and don’t want to cover it up.
Unfortunately we’ve tried this one several times their salads are great but if you’re looking for the chicken or fries they’re not teaching their workers or supervising them enough to make sure that they’re hanging the fry basket long enough to get the grease out of the chicken patties or the fries. I have stopped going there to get sandwiches because they do that and I really don’t like greasy things even though I do eat fried things I don’t want the grease sitting on it. That’s the only complaint I’ve ever had and this is the only chick fil a I’ve ever had that complaint with. Well not give it more than 2 stars.

Got to be one of the first inline for the grand opening. Everything is great! Very clean, food was superb, the servers were learning but still pretty fast and the owner was greeting people at the door! We had breakfast with a Spicy Biscuit, Chicken Minis, hash browns, and coffee. Everything was great! Looking forward to coming back to this location many times! Glad to have a new Chick-fil-A in the Elkhart area!

Had my order taken by Brogan. Such a nice and funny young man! He was patient even when I added on a couple items that I didn’t plan to add. Joel was assisting him and both were fantastic. Clean environment. Small play place for kids.

I usually love chick fil but today we went through the drive through and I ordered macaroni and cheese. When I got home to open it up, there was a dark piece of hair in my macaroni and cheese. Gross.

Good as always, just as Chick-fil-a is, but this morning I went there to grab breakfast before work and found a dark hair in my fruit cup. And I know it isn’t mine as I have blonde hair.
