This is some absolutely delicious Detroit-style pizza. My wife and I went with the Carmine, huge dollops of ricotta, you could taste the basil, delicious sauce, the dough had great bite, and great texture around the edges. I took one picture and we finished the whole pizza. Definitely a repeat and goes well beyond the usual pizza you find in the Boston and surrounding areas.

You need to check out The Edge! Best pizza I have had in a long time. We got 1/2 CBR (Chicken Bacon Ranch) and 1/2 Cheese. One pizza was the perfect amount for my wife and I. The owner gives fantastic service, both timely, and super friendly! The pizza was fresh, hot, and mouthwatering. Each bite bursted with flavor! You will NOT be disappointed with this place. Give it a shot!

Everything we tried (8 mile, dub pep, chicken pahm, casa blanca, cookie bar) was DELICIOUS. Perfect crispy edge, excellent toppings. Atmosphere was chill and the owner was super friendly. Way too much food for 4 people but looking forward to leftovers. Will visit again!
Also, no shellfish or nuts on the menu (we had someone allergic to each) so that was great!

Good, cozy atmosphere on corner of North St, in the heart of downtown Plymouth. Great service, and fresh, thick Detroit style (love the pepperoni cups), that’s non existent in Northeast, other than frozen pizza. Meatballs, ricotta and San Marzano sauce so good! Get the sweet basil add on, you wont be disappointed!

Solid experience at The Edge. Customer service was great, everyone was super nice and attentive. The double roni was all the rave, and worth the half hour drive on its own! The Road to Rangoon and Mark Truffalo had solid flavor but could have used some more sauce IMO. Overall good experience and would probably return.

Bowsers Basement
First things first, cheesy garlic butter dipsticks are a must! Its automatic with every order. From there pick a pizza or two. Dub pepperoni always gives that detroit style justice, but you can’t go wrong with any of them.

I ordered takeout and ate down at the Plymouth pier on a beautiful spring day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gave me extra plates and napkins. The pizza was delicious. This was my 1st Detroit style pizza. It was great. I will definitely be back. The sauce and pepperoni were on point.

I had read about this establishment on YouTube and it looked great. We live about 30 mins away and drive past it heading to Plymouth at least 20 times a year. The new owner was very pleasant and explained anything that I hadn’t read online. The owner described that he had purchased it from the original owner. Correctly so..he described keeping the quality that it originated with. He was absolutely on point…this is very much an artisanal product. Fresh cheeses and herbs..like basil and oregano. This isnt a pizza joint…its a lesson in quality pizza production. We had a mixed pie..one half had a white sauce for my wife…and a more traditional red sauce for me. It was FABULOUS. As noted in its name…the edges are well browned cheese and full of flavor. We will be going back regularly. The experience was perfect. Not many restaurants are professionally run. This one is.
