This was my first and I think the last time ordering from this branch. When you walk in, the first thing you will notice is that it is very messy. Boxes are scattered everywhere. Then you will see the pizzaiolo right in front of you making the dough with NO GLOVES. I think cleanness is strange in this shop. What is their justification for not having gloves on? The floor is covered with alot of stains here and there. The pizzaiolo is also in charge of getting the order, using the cashier box and handing in the orders. I think it is strange that you see some people doing nothing in the back. They could’ve helped this guy.

Pizza tasted good but not enough pepperoni on it. Garlic butter not as garlic as it used to be years ago. It was a 6 lice pizza for the price much smaller than most other places.

I recently ordered 5 pizzas for my children’s birthday party, we were gifted a $100 gift card for Papa John’s to buy the pizza. When I called to place the order the lady told me I was all set after taking my gift card number. When the delivery driver got here he stayed he said we didn’t pay for our order and gave us the phone with a very unpleasant staff lady on the phone she was very aggressive and rude accusing us of not paying for our pizza as if it was our error. I was in the middle of a party with poor WiFi so it took me some time to pull up the gift card from my phone keep in mind there were 16 kids at my house during the party. I finally pulled up the card and gave her the number the delivery driver was nice and waited patiently, the pizza was $80 so we just gave him the rest of the cash on the card which was $20. My whole point is your staff made the error and you guys disrespected my husband and I in front of our guest for something you did incorrectly. We will never do business with you guys again.

Just when I thought it could get no worse, it did! On Friday I placed an order on the app for a pick up two hours later. When I arrived, the order could not initially be found. When it was found, of course it wasn’t ready The woman preparing the pizzas had the poorest attitude in saying “if they can’t wait there’s nothing I can do. There were several others waiting with the same problem. Then the woman in charge blames it on the storm from several days ago! I suppose “the storm” caused this problem at my previous visit. Oh well. Wait, there was no storm, When I finally got the pizza, it wasn’t the correct one after telling her several times what the order was. Don’t waste your time, there are several other decent pizza shops down the street! Not dealing with their incompetence ever again! Delete that app!!!

Gave me food poisoning. I went to bed after eating the food and at first I just kept waking up randomly in the middle of the night extremely dehydrated and kept needing water 4-5 times. And then 6-7 hours later I felt nauseous, and seasick and also had the chills. Went to the toilet threw up a bunch and had diarrhea. Place should be shut down, and im NEVER getting papa johns again.

This place deserves a 0 star rating. Went here on 9/2/24 to pick up a Door Dash order for a customer and immediately saw both workers making pizza using NO GLOVES and intentionally dropping pizza toppings on the floor and putting them back on the pizza. These acts of mishandling food pose a real health safety issue. Please don’t eat here guys. I continued to observe the workers handling money and answering the business phone without even washing their hands going right back to making pizza. Disgusting

The pizza use to be really good. I have had papa John 3 time and each time has been really the same? I get it for convenience and my kids, but I’m going to have to go to another pace from now on. Dough was soggy last time and I really didn’t Luke how it was cooked.

I called the store for two hours straight after not receiving 3 pizzas that were charged to my sister card for delivery. No one is answering at the store but yet on the app it said the pizzas were picked up. Papa Johns customer service Rep tried to reach the store. Still no answer even after calling the alternate number the rep have so I was transferred to file a complaint. With no refund and no pizza. Service is great during the day when the manager is there.
