Food is consistent. Service was better in this day than the other MCDs. My grand daughter changed her mind from ice cream cone to McFlurry and the cashier was very understanding and accommodating. Much appreciative.

Pretty much what you should expect from McDonald’s. Usually they are fast and do a good job of being accurate. Had a couple times that I have had to go back to the counter to get something like dipping sauce or fries left off while they were in the middle of a rush. They were professional and solved the issue. Had one visit where my oldest wanted a specific extra minced onions on her sandwich, they missed them on the sandwich, but we’re willing to get her more.

This place sucks , I waited 27 min in the drive threw , handed 3 orders that was not mine , and by the time I got mine it was cold , this happens al.ost daily , this is a busy college town , and very busy I would recommend speeding things up a bit , oh and waiting 27 min for my food when I only have a 30 min lunch break

I arrived to pickup my order in curbside, but the app was unfortunately not working. However, when I called the store, the man on the phone was very understanding of the situation. He remade my whole order at no charge to make sure all the food was hot and fresh after my long wait, and personally delivered it to my car. Incredible customer service!

Most of the time I come here I enjoy it. I even bring my toddler here to eat because it’s a fun environment. This time however was different. I showed up with my son in his car seat to the drive through line backed up to the entrance so I pull into the curbside spot 1 to try and be at the line. Well 5 mins into the wait, out pulls the person who pulled in ahead of me who took the drive through line. Well fast forward ten minutes and so I call to see what the hold up is just to get talked to by some kid in the rudest tone as he tells me that it’s false that the line has beaten me. So he continues to talk over me and when I have to raise my voice to talk over him so I can finish my sentence he hangs up on me. I call back several times until finally I get an answer from the manager who also hangs up on me before rushing my food out like it had been waiting the whole time. Which, judging by my cold sandwich, it was waiting about as long as I was. Total time I spent there for one McChicken… 20min. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero customer service skills. No compensation or apology.
