We have ordered online several times. Doesn’t matter if we get there after 5 minutes or 30, they act surprised and don’t start making the order until we walk in and ask about it.

A few times we have shown up after ordering with points, and they tell us they can’t make the order, but they will write our name down and make it at a later date. When we go back a few days later, there is of course no record of the conversation.

The sandwiches are fine, but if they are going to make us wait every time and screw up half of our orders with no good way of solving their problems, it’s not worth ordering here.

i don’t know if the girl with glasses was new but when we visited today it genuinely took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and it was not busy inside we were the only ones in there until 2 people came for their pick up order that they also had to wait for even though the sandwiches were ready and just sitting there getting soggy. The other guy with glasses and an afro was just walking around the back not helping her while she stood there with 3 already prepared sandwhiches and had not even taken our order yet. they also only had wheat and the rosemary parmesan bread which i understand they ran out of white bread but it was only 4 pm and the rosemary parmesan bread did not taste good. they kept going to the back and it took forever just for her to grab the turkey and slice it and then had my sandwhich sitting there for 5 minutes while she walked around some more. The dude with the afro was just chopping up onions on the grill and didn’t take my boyfriend’s order even though he was standing right infront of him. I feel bad because the girl was doing it by herself but we only got 2 sandwiches so i don’t understand what was so hard for them to wrap up the to go orders that were already ready when we walked in and just take our order. They also did not put our order together mine was ready way before they even took my boyfriends order. Also the oil they used has a expiration date of the beginning of february not sure if that’s for next year but if it’s this year thats gross The service here is usually fast and helpful and good but this time i was dissapointed that we had to wait so long which i would understand it was busy but we were the only ones in there and people who had ordered ahead of time (only 2 people) also had to wait like 15 minutes for their food.

Ordered a wrap and the food quality was so poor! Extra chemical dye found in the wraps, brown lettuce, un ripened tomatoes and over all terrible food quality that I will not be trying this location again. Talked to the manager and all they offered was a sorry and 10% off haha pathetic. They do not know how to treat customers!

Tried again and they served me a raw sandwich when it is suppose to be cooked and I got raw mushrooms lazy!

This location is very good. They made no mistakes to my three sandwich order and even wrote the names of which sandwiches were for who, via the mobile app feature! We ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken, Big Kahuna and The Super Sub!My order was ready on time per the estimate on the app, and I didn’t have to wait; in and out for pickup. Thank you so much to the crew here!

Despite what looked like being the only worker in the store, Legend was great with service and speed this afternoon. I appreciate the willingness to get my order right and still give me good recommendations to go with it. Thanks!

I normally don’t review chains very often, but this place is too good to not review.

First: the staff is incredibly friendly. They make everyone feel welcome and always pay attention to you as you have your sub made.

I had avoided JM’s locations for years because I always saw the “every sub includes Mike’s way” and thought that meant I couldn’t have it made MY way. But one day I went in and asked and they confirmed it was fully customizable, “mike’s way” is just a guide for the most common toppings.

I settled in on my on favorite way, and they get it right all the time. But that’s secondary, even sub-par gets that part right. What I appreciate about this place, aside from the above, is:

Quality ingredients: fresh lettuce, fresh pickles, fresh onions, fresh tomatoes. Their employees don’t just throw stuff on, they look at what they’re putting on and toss bad-looking veggies.

The lunch meat, like at all JM locations is sliced fresh when you order it, not sitting around in prepackaged baggies. Bread baked fresh (standard for sub shops these days).

They really seem to love when someone wants a special order, often commenting on how good a particular customer’s combination looks.

The sweet tea is also amazing. Sometimes too amazing. A good size dining room, and nice patio seating also.

One last thing, and the reason I really love them, they are DILIGENT about cleanliness. They wipe down the sandwich assembly area after every customer, so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination between someone else’s extra vinegar and your no-vinegar sub. They also always wipe down the knives between subs. (Which is why I stopped going to sub-par)

Pictured is my favorite. Turkey, bacon, pepperoni on rosemary parm with extra pickles, extra onion, lettuce and tomato, spices and oil.

We brought a soccer team there to get lunch. We spent over $200 and some girls grabbed cups for water. The girls didn’t know we would be charged. We explained to the employee that all of them just got water and the staff still charged us $26- for just water. They could’ve been understanding and the charge a minimal fee to cover the cup but they didn’t. Just not nice.

They screwed up my order, missing a sandwich, then made excuses for why they charged me bagged it and allowed me to leave without it. After returning to the store to get my missing order one of the employees questioned whether I paid for it before putting it in the bag, suggesting it wasn’t there because I didn’t pay for it, but I had the receipt and told all of them to get it right and don’t insult your customers by asking questions and making excuses, just hand me my sandwich and apologize. Bad decision, I walked a quarter mile x 2 with a bad foot because of their mistake, only to be questioned about payment. I spend more than 100 per week in my local outlet, and they always get it right. Own up and don’t ask stupid questions to irritated customers.
