I DIDN’T love that chicken from Popeyes 🙁

Standard airport pricing. Not outrageous, but when quality dips,is it’s still work the savings?
Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️
Functional for a grab-and-go
Taste/Textures: ⭐️
Chicken was dry and stringy.
Cheese grits were a solid block—literally. Inedible.
The biscuit, however, was a pleasant surprise: flaky, warm, and elevated with grape jelly and honey.
Value: ⭐️⭐️
Quick service is a plus, but the food didn’t justify the spend. When breakfast misses the mark this hard, even convenience can’t save the experience.

Got the 4 pc chicken wing meal. The lady failed to tell me fresh chicken was coming out in 5 minutes, which is what I saw while I was eating my average chicken. Then, when I asked for a refill on my drink she said I would have to be charged for another drink. What place does that? If I order food and drink and sit down at your establishment, you should get a refill. No hospitality, no personality. I thought that’s what the south was about

Paid with Apple Pay, money was taken from my bank, and the manager still claimed I didn’t pay. I showed proof and was treated rudely, ignored, and refused her name. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Felt like theft. Avoid this location.

Terrible service and rude people. The chicken was flavourless and bad quality of food, chicken literally came with feathers! I went and complained and the lady simply said “all chicken like that” and then ignored me and continued taking the next customer. Did not apologize or did anything about the situation. A lot of waiting time, mushy fries and flavourless chicken. Overall, terrible.

Worst customer service ever! Very rude ladies working at this location. Whomever is managing this location should pay closer attention to the quality of the food and service they offer. The chicken was very plain and one of the pieces had feathers. I would not recommend to anyone to eat at this location. Not worth your money and time waiting for the food to be ready. Fries were also disgusting, mushy and not fresh.

Horrible food! We were waiting for my mom at the airport and decided to grab a bite to eat. My daughter and I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. I heard a lady behind me ask “do you have chicken sandwiches?”!when it was her turn to order and they told her “no, we are out” umm…what? How are they out if we just ordered 2 and they never said anything. We got our sandwiches and the bun was super hard, the Mayo was curdled in it, pickles were slimy and frankly, the sandwiches looked a week old. Then I see a gnat on my bun. Nasty. So we wasted $20. I will never eat here again.

I had an awful experience at the Popeyes in Hartsville-Jackson Airport. Yolanda, the staff member who served me, was extremely rude. When I politely asked if there were napkins in the bag, she sarcastically replied, ‘Do you see any napkins in the bag?’ and then pointed towards a wall instead of addressing the issue. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, the food was subpar. Yolanda definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Very disappointing!

I’m gonna have to give some love to the D terminal Popeyes rn. Not only was my chicken fresh, the employees were all lovely, kind, fun and on point. We were here before they opened and they ignored the line for 20 minutes after they opened and continued to ignore said line until we boarded our flight. I will never visit this Popeyes again. It is the worst one I have ever seen.
