Only been there twice. Both times 15 minutes before closing. But owner was very cordial. Said your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. Was actually quicker. Large thick crest pepperoni was as good as pizza hut’s pepperoni lovers. I will stop there if I’m hungry and got time. Reasonable price and great food.

Worst customer service Ever!! I was on the road and wanted to order for a delivery for my team that was busy working. The first lady I talked to seemed new, didn’t know what the value deal #4 entails yet it’s on the menu, so I give her an exception. Second lady came on the phone after I was put on hold for over 7 minutes, we went through the order, completed it, and I wanted to double check on the price, she got frustrated because I asked , she put me on hold, called the manager who started not by apologizing to the customer but rather complained that “you people are being too hard on my employees “. He went on, “My employees cant understand you because of your accent”. I was frustrated but I tried to remain calm for the sake of my team of 8 that was waiting for food. We went over the order again, asked me same questions the previous lady had asked me, and finally said, sorry we can’t take the order, he hang up. I called back, someone else got the phone, I asked why they couldn’t take the order, and he said, you are 2 miles away from our limit. I asked why the manager didn’t try to explain this before he hang up, but no response, I had the option of someone picking up the food, but I didn’t even get the chance to offer the alternative.
I finally called Ted’s Pizza, the lady was so very nice, I would drive or walk 100 miles to get food at Ted’s even if Godfather was 100 ft close. I’m sure the food at Godfather is probably good, the chain wouldn’t be as big as it is, I actually like the history and concept of how the chain started, but if no good customer service, business will definitely dwindle. I sure hope what they did to me is not done to others. The manager forgot that People buy from people they like. Most successful organizations are successful because of good customer service.
I’ve never written a review before, but I had to write this despite my busy schedule.

My favorite godfather’s that hadn’t been closed yet thank God! Great service and great food and I love how the seating is placed. They have some fun little machines for kids. Definitely recommend bringing some spare change if you’re willing to let your kiddos give them a try while you’re there.

I want to give them a zero. I have been waiting for 2 hours now, and they are still not here. I have called twice already and both times they said they were on there way. Very rude to me and did not seem to show understand why they were behind.. They actually made it seem that it was on me because I ordered online, and the guy side they had 25 pizzas head of mine. Both times I called were a half hour difference from each other. I then called a third time to see because they were 2 1/2 hours after I placed my order.. The guy on the phone did not seen like he was sorry for how long it was. I canceled my order and he still did not seem to care.. I am very disappointed with godfathers and the staff. Do not ever order online.

Godfather’s pizza in St Peter MN. It was a buffet night so that’s what we ordered. We arrived at 5:10. There was a very dried out thin crust pepperoni pizza on buffet along with a couple not too bad looking ones but nothing that appealed to us. I asked if anything else was coming out and they said no but we could request some. So we asked for a taco and combo. She asked what crust and I said original. When they came out combo was on thin and taco in deep dish. Lol. Oh well. So nothing else came out until asked and people were really starting to come in. Well needless to say we left and the thin crust dried out pepperoni was still on the buffet over an hour later when we left. I really miss Godfather’s Pizza!!!

The buffet right at open was marginal. The mashed potatoes, and Mac n cheese looked days old. A cheese and pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks does no not make a buffet. The salad bar was well stocked and good, and the staff was very friendly and polite.

Decided to stop here on our way through town. The place was empty. The card reader was broken for the girl but the “mustache” (as the employee called the manager) was able to get it first try. There were 2 pizzas on the buffet and a sad excuse of a salad bar. 20 bux for 2 people and we had a total of a half salad and 2 slices of pizza. The pull apart were delicious but is that really lunch?!? BTW the place was surface clean but once you sit down and see the smeared foods all over the place it makes your stomach turn.

Disgusting home delivery service. Ordered a pizza and was informed would be delivered in about an hour. I called 1 1/2 hours later to be told they were running behind and would have my pizza delivered in 30 minutes. 2 hours and 45 minutes after my initial order I received my pizza and it wasn’t even what I had ordered.
