We frequently order from here. Whether it’s pick up or delivery, the food is usually HOT! So much so I don’t order delivery from any other pizza place except here! Quality is usually fresh as well. Today my order arrived with 2 slices that had no cheese or toppings at all, see pics. It was also cold and 35 mins past the estimated delivery time. Didn’t arrive until 40 mins after the email that said it was “on its way.” I did call Marcos and spoke to Ms “C” (won’t put her whole name). She had exceptional customer service! That is very important these days and I appreciate her kindness upon learning of the issue. Very polite woman and professional. She even offered to deliver the pizza again! Will be back. Everyone has a hiccup now and then.

Easy app for ordering online. Was ready for pickup as we walked through the door. Also a discount brought the price down using one of several available codes. We enjoy the thick crust and it was perfect. The garlic parmesan chicken with tomatoes and onions was really good. As well as the all meat. Been a while since I reviewed this location. 4 years later the service is great and always a great deal to be found. Time your pick up right and it’s still hot when you get home. I only took one photo. But one pizza was supposed to have double ham it barely had single ham. My pizza was three meats and maybe that means three meats per slice. And the pizza wasn’t half and half but it was half crust and half toppings. All the choices out there. The Friday afternoon crew needs to look at what they box up and ask would I be happy with that

Ordered a salad the lettuce was going bad, the tomatoes were huge and the bell peppers too! See pics! Ordered at 7:26 said it would be ready 7:38 went to get the food they said 5 minutes I waited and waited got the food at 8:20. When I asked I was told there was an order of 15 pizzas ahead of me. So why do I get an email saying it’s ready when it’s not? I also had two extra ranch and they didn’t get as well. Only a few employees were working and the others were eating while working. It looked like it was the manager as well. He didn’t even address the wait or apologized. I’m patient especially because it was a holiday but seriously almost an hr? And only one pizza was hot the others were cold. What a shame I drive for this location because they don’t deliver to my zip code and I honestly think the pizza is amazing but just think not worth the drive anymore. What a shame!

I ordered several pizzas, salad, and dessert for a lunch meeting. The person taking the order didn’t get all the details right, including the address and phone number, but Andy, the delivery person, tracked us down and delivered our order on time. We determined them here wasn’t enough salad or dressing for our group, so Andy went back to the store and delivered another salad and more dressing to us. He was a rock star and the reason for the 5 stars for service!

The pizza is only good when it’s hot & fresh out of the oven. Once the pizza cools down you have to discard it because the cheese become so hard, tough and dry, even reheating it won’t soften the cheese. It just becomes more dry. You are better off going to little ceasers and getting a hot & ready pizza for $6. I tried Marcos pizza several times and had to discard the pizza each time. I don’t see what the hype is about

So I started coming here after moving to the area.
I originally fell in love with the Waxahachie store back about 3 yrs ago. The manager there was always so nice. But he left and quality seem to suffer. Then we started using the new location in Desoto. What a great Crew!!!
We love their Tuesday BOGO specials!!
We’ve always been able to get the thin crust pizza…..and instead of another pizza we get a bowl. But pay the regular price for the pizza. Because a bowl is CHEAPER than making a pizza.
Tonight Morgan and Dee and another person who refused to give her name.
Refused the service id always gotten as well as absolutely refused to give me my free pizza. I will be calling corporate and reaching out to the supervisor.
I will say Morgan was nice but seemed unable to think on her own, Dee…. rattlesnakes have more personality. I’ve nothing nice to say about the “I won’t give you my name” person.
So Domino’s, Mr. Jim’s, and even Pizza Patron, will most likely be getting of our business from this point forward. Too bad we enjoyed Marco’s even buying for workers once a week.
