Would like to edit my review I was contact by management and they have corrected this matter. I appreciate their fast response and making this matter right. Thank you for refunding my purchase.
Painted on the windows is a sign that says 2 subs for 16.99 after 4pm. As it was 5:30 my son asked to get subs so I pulled over. When it was time to pay the subway employee rung up my order I pointed to the sign and he refused to change the price stated I need a coupon. I said there is no mention of a coupon just a time frame which I was ordering in. He refused to change the price. After this experience I will not be coming back to this location the worker was very rude.

Depends on who’s making your sub. Some employees make subs average, some make them real good. 99% off the time sub rolls are very fresh.

Very disappointing.. I ordered a footlong steak sub and the amount of effort by the employee screams “I hate my job”. I won’t be going back to this subway (Disston Plaza).

I made an online order and I asked for extra toasted. One sub came out good one sub came out burnt. And when I was quietly talking to my sister about it, the manager butted in and put in her two cents in saying it was wheat bread. Previously before that a worker put another one of the subs in the oven when I didnt want it toasted as it says on the receipt for the mobile order. Manager over all was rude and shouldn’t even be working in customer service if she doesn’t know how to talk to people and mind her business when no one was talking to her.

Ordered 2 footling ham subways, window states 2 footling for $16.99 after 4 PM but was charges $20.98 for 2 turkey subways. When asked about why their window advertised the orice, I was told you need a coupon. No where on the window does it say a coupon is required, that is false advertisement.

This is the location I’ll be going to from now on, even though there’s 3 others closer to me. It’s the only one I’ve found that still has Coke and hasn’t switched to Pepsi! Service was fast and store was clean.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in over 30 years. I am only on a 30 minute lunch break. When I walked in, it took the girls five minutes to stop talking, acknowledge me and walk over to take my order. After taking my order, She stopped again, walked to the register to chat again w/another patron that came in after me. After a few minutes she came back and was rude when I asked her to toast the bread as I had ordered. She rudely replied, “Fine! We’ll do it your way!“ She left the bread on the counter and went to heat up the chicken. With the untoasted bread still sitting in front of her on the counter, she resumed chitchatting with her friend and coworker. She had no regard whatsoever for my time, her duties as an employee, or the fact that she represents that store and it’s reputation. At that time I walked out as she made no attempt to assist me, nor make my food and made me feel like I was unwelcome and interrupting her time. I turned and walked out as I had only enough time to make it back to my office with no food. I am not pleased at all and I feel for the company who is probably losing money with employees like that. I understand it’s difficult to find people to work after Covid and feel bad that some people just have no respect nor consideration whatsoever for others. Very disappointed with my experience as well as hungry with low blood sugar. Needless to say I won’t be going back there now unless they’re able to provide her establishment with some decent help I feel for the owners and hope that they are aware of how their establishment is being ran.

Today, Wednesday 6/9/2021, the service was so bad I end up leaving before finishing my order or getting any food. I am writing this review because I have never walked out of any restaurant in this way before. Whoever was working today seemed to feel very comfortable treating costumers with such a bad actitud, and if the business owner do not want to loss anymore costumer, he/she would need to do something about this.

ordered the garlic rostbeef 2 pices of meat on the whole sub extreme thin cut, terrible its 12.and something not worth it, what a f’n rip never will i go there again new people they don’t even know what there doing so unless u ask for more veggies there extremely skippy and no swiss chesse. this place is far the worst go to publix you get what pay pay for. terrrible terrible sandwich and it was 25.00 for a veggie and a roast beef if you can call that.

Best subway I’ve been to so far the employees are patient and understanding and professional when dealing with rude customers making us wait in line because they took up more time not ordering 2 subs ahead of time when they got to register making them run back and forth for an order but still got to me and apologized for the wait love the atmosphere they provided would recommend to friends or couples needing a place to eat and relax and the employees are very funny tell good puns and dad jokes they seem to have fun
