In the past week my family has celebrated my moms birthday with a delicious breakfast from here! The menu was so amazing we came back for dinner 3 days later . Our service was amazing. Shari was very educated on the menu and specials and gave us service that we were very satisfied with. They also have an amazing happy hour and wine discounts on certain days! It’s a great family restaurant and everyone should check it out!

I accidentally walked in here when planning to go to Pizzarellis. I was on the phone and not paying attention. I walked in and saw a bar, so I had a seat.

Donna was the bartender and was very fun and welcoming. After drinking half my beer I was given a menu and I realized I was at Olive St. Cafe and not Pizzarellis. I just went with it and ordered the lamb chops. I then found out about there great happy hour that goes 4-9, which includes half price appetizers on Tuesdays and Thursdays (it was a Thursday). I went ahead and ordered their jumbo crab cakes as well.

Everything was very good. The lamb was cooked to a nice medium rare and the crab cakes were great. I’m now back the next day to try something else writing this from the bar.

Definitely worth giving it a shot.

Other reviews indicate that 3 guys like the bartender – I guess that’s good for having a beer. The dinner my family and I had on Sat 11/26 was very poor. We had entrees – which was a huge mistake. The cioppino was terrible and didn’t match the menu description – it had zero mussels and clams and the shrimp were those tiny shrimp that have zero flavor. The broth also had a gelatinous consistency – unusual for a “broth” – and no tomato flavor. BBQ ribs were overcooked and smothered in sauce. Lobster mac & cheese was dry. I was very disappointed in the food quality. We spent $120+ for 4 people – I expected a better meal.

Went here for breakfast with my family per their recommendation and we loved it! Great portions and tasted very fresh and flavorful. We also loved their homemade jams and apple butter! Very attentive and kind wait staff that took great care of us. An awesome place to have a relaxed but yummy breakfast.

Olive street cafe was a total blast! Welcomes any type of age group and the breakfast AND lunch AND dinner is amazing! The staff is a great time and didn’t miss a beat. Our server Brooke was so charming and we loved how every staff member was smiling.

Excellent menu, excellent prices! Started with the Forest Mushroom with bacon and smoked Gouda soup. Then the baby back ribs. Meat fell off the bone. So delicious! The legend Donna (HD) rocks behind the bar!

Overpriced food for small portions. Went here for lunch on Valentine’s Day. I got a Cuban Panini. The pork tasted like it might have been reheated in a microwave from the day before but it was so drenched in mustard I couldn’t really tell. Typically expect my panini to be crispy but my bread was chewy and unsatisfying. Side of chips was much bigger than sandwich and were tastier. Still wouldn’t order them again.

My favorite place for brunch. The mimosas are top notch. The bacon is amazing, and the pork sausage is made in house. Must try the Steak Slinger and the Bananas Foster French toast. Their asiago and herb fries are so addictive.

I had the chicken wings which were very good. The bartender ‘Donna’ is electric. Such a great character and is full of energy. She and the other staff made for an enjoyable evening.
