I just joined their Loyalty program, and I placed my first online order. It was a bit cumbersome, and there were some technology issues, but I got it figured out.
The assistant manager, Josh Dignan, did a great job greeting me when I came in and making me feel like a valued customer. He’s a great ambassador for the Jimmy John’s brand! The ladies behind the counter prepared my order efficiently and accurately. I hope all of them get recognized for a job well done!

Love JJ’s! Im really glad they finally started getting some hot subs as well. I’m never disappointed about the service at this particular spot. They are fast ready for you when you walk in. Keep it up!

April 2022: Stopped here for a quick bite. I usually order my favorite sandwich, the Vito, but they have a limited time sub called the Zesty Turkey Club that I had to try.
Pros:
* Location is very clean and appears to be freshly renovated in terms of layout and amenities.
* Friendly and patient staff.
* Zesty turkey club had tantalizing flavor with interesting texture due to the herb aioli and cheese panko.
* This location is very consistent with (and maybe exceeds in some cases) the branding of Jimmy Johns in terms of quality and service.
Cons:
* None right now.
Conclusion: I will return whenever I have a taste for Jimmy Johns.

Bugs in food. Poor customer service. Was told company policy was when there is a bug in your food offer to remake or refund just that sandwich. We had two sandwiches. We aren’t eating either. Refund all of the money as your restaurant is dirty, don’t eat here. UPDATE, they reached out under this but then passed me to the store owned who did nothing and treated me like an idiot. Just don’t eat here.
