This place is a hidden gem in the Federal Way Korean town! We’ve been here many times including for a group birthday party. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and attentive. Our favorite is the short ribs and tendons hotpot. For appetizers, try the kimchi fried dumplings and the seafood pancake. The new addition to the menu is the grilled eels rice bowl which is also very good.

From the moment you walk into Big Pot Seolleongtang, you’re greeted with the unmistakable aroma of slow-simmered beef bone broth and freshly fermented kimchi. We ordered the seolleongtang, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich, milky, and packed with collagen, and you can tell it’s been simmered for hours.
The accompanying kimchi was well-fermented, and the perfect pairing to cut through the richness of the soup.
This is the kind of comforting Korean food that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

2. Hangover soup: it’s pork neck bone soup, the meat fell the bone easily.
3. Side dishes are super fresh, liked the kimchi especially.
They have a very special green chili sauce which can use as dip sauce for meat.
Besides, they offer ground pepper, salt, green onions, etc.

We came here craving some authentic Korean food, and wow, it did not disappoint! We ordered the seolleongtang, and it was absolutely amazing. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, just how we want it. The service was very friendly. It was super easy and convenient to dine here since they had an iPad where you could place your order, request water, or ask for the check.
The kimchi was also great as well. If you want some good old Korean broth soup, this spot is definitely worth a visit!
