We had a really good experience at Papa John’s in Findlay, Ohio! My husband went to pick up our two large pizzas on a night when the winds were around 40 mph. As he walked out of the store, a huge gust of wind literally took the pizza boxes right out of his hands! (Funny, but it happened!)
He went back inside expecting to have to explain what happened, and we were prepared to just accept the loss since it was no one’s fault. Instead, the district manager was beyond kind and helpful. Without hesitation, he said, “You know what? Give me 10 minutes and I’ll get some fresh ones made for you.”
That level of customer service truly stood out. He could have easily said it wasn’t their responsibility, but instead he chose kindness. We are so grateful and will absolutely continue supporting this location. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Matt nailed the pizzas! After a long road trip, passing through Findlay, ordered 2 pies and I specifically like mine well done. Most places just do it normal but this time, Matt NAILED IT!!

1st time here and last. My order was not complicated. One of my pizzas was supposed to be cheese with extra cheese. And what I got was more crust than cheese. And when it was taken back to get fixed we were told, “We got what we ordered”

On pickup, cashier did not seem friendly at all. Pizza seemed lacking in sauce. Could barely taste let alone see any. Will be some time before I order from here again!

Um yea.. we just had that new Cheeseburger pizza and it was sooooo DELICIOUS!!! Probably our new favorite . Please keep it !! The cheeseburger sauce it comes with is AMAZING!! Can’t say enough!! Just keep it !!

Your call center is a freaking joke. They don’t listen and talk over u constantly. Ended up hanging up the call out of fear my card would be hacked. Everyone do yourselves a favor and order from Heavenly Pizza or East of Chicago. Do better Papa Johns!!

Never had issues before until today. I ordered food with two drinks but my order was delivered without the drinks. No problem, accidents happen and I’ve done it myself when I delivered. I called the store the let them know so I can either get a refund or preferably have them delivered. I called SIX times from my number and a friend’s number and they answered every time, then hung up on me. I could hear them talking, they just hung up the phone. INSANELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Receive burned food and the person that answered the phone tried to argue with me and say that it wasn’t burned and said that they could offer me 50% off for inedible food. Told me I had to wait four hours to call him to speak to a manager that could actually help me. Absolutely pathetic
