Look. I love Honey Baked Ham. It’s a favorite holiday/party treat. Even better … you just put it out (no cooking involved) with their awesome honey mustard and everyone just helps themselves.
I make soups. So, I buy many frozen ham bones on sale here.
Their pricing for holiday hams has always been higher. That was acceptable because of the exceptional products. But, in 2026, the prices are insanly high … almost $20/lb for ham slices!

I love their ham. The best! I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and it was awful. No smoked flavor or any flavor. So disappointed. Didn’t save any leftovers. Avoid.

This was my first time making a purchase here because my brother and wife usually make purchases from this business and now that Thanksgiving is over I can truly express my disappointment in the sides that I purchase which was mac and cheese stuffing and green beans casserole! They were pathetic mac tasted more artificial then Stouffers the dressing was worst than stove top abd the casserole was the only thing with flavor the turkey was moist which why I gave it the 2 stars but I do not see myself making a purchase from this business at no location again definitely wasn’t worth my money almost $100 for BS!!!!

This is the first year I’ve been disappointed in my food. I bought the sliced pound of ham and smoked turkey. The smoked turkey was so dry and the ham slices looked like I got the scraps. Ruined my dinner.

I went into the HoneyBaked Ham Company in Orland Park today to purchase a ham and turkey as a condolence gift. My friend and her sister just lost their mother, and I wanted them to have food to make sandwiches with. I had shopped online and planned to purchase a whole turkey and ham. I was disappointed to find out that the advertisement would not be available until the 15th. However Cassandra quickly came up with a resolution. I left with two orders of turkey breasts and a whole ham. Nekeya helped her get everything packed and ready to go for me. The service was much better than I anticipated,. and I do plan to return in the future for more purchases. HoneyBaked hams are already cooked and are delicious! If you haven’t, you should give them a try. The holidays are coming up and shopping here can save you a lot of work and time without sacrificing delicious entrees!

Food is always good it’s always nice and clean. The manger was so nice he took time explain different items on the menu. I actually went in for the chicken salad which is always good, but please easy on the celery and cranberry, but it’s good. I walked out with 3 pack ham sliders which he convinced me to buy any they were delicious. Food is good customer service is excellent, the washrooms were very clean as well. Thanks for recommending the sliders. I’ll be back for more chicken salad and sliders.

I ordered a honey baked sandwich. There was more bread and crunchy pieces than ham. The sandwich might have been good with more ham. There was one piece of ham less than an 8th of an inch. The side was a small cup of broccoli salad. 14 dollars with a drink. The server was nice, but the food fell short.
