Papa Johns is one of my favorite restaurants and this location rocks. My order is always ready ahead of time and they never forget the extra sauce cups. I can tell that the crust is made from fresh dough, creating the perfect base for the perfect pizza. The sauce is flavorful and just sweet enough to stand out amongst other sauces. The cheese, however, is really what makes a Papa pizza. Some cheeses are too stringy or too chewy or too greasy, but Papa’s cheese walks the line beautifully for a satisfying crescendo of flavor with each bite. Also, there is never a lot of grease at the bottom of my pizza box, which makes me feel good about my dinner.

Apple valley Minnesota papa johns- the manager or female working tonight really took customer service to the next level. I made an order at 9:45 but door dash didn’t pick it up. I was okay with it as it’s late I know they don’t have driver come my way. She called me and apologized and told me she was redoing my order and her only driver she has for the night on a Saturday will deliver it for free. I will give him a tip but I really want her to be awarded for going beyond what she needed to do. That location has in the past had issues and I’ve complained. This women is doing her job and beyond! I’m like 15 minutes away so this is a drive for them. She made my night more than she knows! I was about to order something else as I’ve had a rough night. Sometimes we just need someone to make that call and it changes your night and she did that. Please recognize her. Thank you from Farmington Minnesota also help her with some workers. She needs help!

Ordered this right before my lunch break at work.. needless to say that papadia I ordered.. was devoured by yours truly in 10 minutes.. There’s still 20 minutes of my break left!!! This place has changed allot since I was here. The customer service was not good I ordered over the phone and was told 10 to 15min that my order would be ready I come in to the store to pick it up about 10min later and it was blinking red at the top of the screen and the guy at the counter tells me it was only ordered 8min ago like my item was the only one on the screen and 3 people were standing around not doing anything. It would not have been a big deal but he was pretty rude about the whole situation. This place was great once upon a time.

Well when I showed up there was a lot of people waiting to get their order, I was waiting to place an order. Once I got to the front I was told to wait so they can hand out all the other pizzas, after that had a restructure getting dough and pizza boxes set up and then they took my order. I placed my order and that was fine and they were very good at updating me where the pizza was at in the process but waiting close to 30 minutes just to place an order and then another 30 minutes to receive my pizza. I would really appreciate it. A soda or something while waiting for that long would have been nice but other than that it was good

Horrible experience here. here goes the story. first of all, you cant see how the long the wait is before you place an order, so we placed an order online and thought it’d be like an hour, oh no, the tracker said 120-180 minute wait, so after 45 minutes, I looked and the time did not go down, it was still 180 minute wait. So I called, the employee told me that they couldn’t even see my order yet, I was like order 159 and they could only see up to 120 on the screen, so then she said, “oh and we are out of stuffed crust pizza” so I said ok can we sub for a regular crust, she said yes but it would push me to the back of the line, 3 hours or more, and she said or you can cancel, I said well my kids are hungry and this was a huge inconvenience for us, I said so either way we have to go to the back of the line? and she said yes and then hung up on me. So i called back and talked to a manager and got refunded my money.. Just wanted to share this as I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else, and that they need to do some changes on their online ordering, show the wait times before you place an order so someone can decide if they want to wait that long.

Would not recommend this to my worst enemy, the person in charge must not know how to make a pizza. He to use 20-30 minutes, when we returned had not even started. Once the driver returned he then could start our pizza. I would fire the person in charge, can’t even make a pizza!!! ‘ I had to give a star to rate, if I could have I would have given a minus 5.
