I ordered a gyro and fries, I had never been there but boy was I surprised. The owner greated me, I told him it’s my first time to the restaurant and he said, take a seat while you wait on your to go order. He then brought me some fresh made hummus and fried pita chips, also homemade. Guys.. best hummus ever! Then he brought out my food and said he added a sweet treat in it is well. Two complimentary pieces of their homemade baklava! Yall.. I was so full from the hummus I couldn’t eat my gyro so I’ll eat it for supper but the food and service are top notch! I highly recommend! Pics below of my complimentary items! Wow.. is all I can say! If I could give 10 stars I would! If you haven’t been to Sandwich planet you need to go!

Absolutely delicious! We were warmly greeted and treated like family in this cozy spot. The owner was super friendly and the food was fantastic. Definitely worth checking out — one of the best restaurants in Stillwater!

I found Sandwich Planet to be exactly as described in every 5-star review posted on Google.
This is a one-man operation, the food is made fresh, so be patient. You will be well rewarded. If you have the time, dine in the small dining room. It only has 4 tables. And if you are really lucky you will get a chance to meet the owner and have a conversation. He is extremely friendly, outgoing, hospitable and an interesting person to talk to.
For us the Falafel Sandwich and a Shawarma Chicken. Both of these are served as hot wraps and came with fries. While these were cooking the owner brough us two cups of Lentil soup with hot, fresh fried pita chips to try. I have not been a fan of lintel soup. This was excellent. Not a drop left in my cup. The seasoning made the difference. The sandwiches arrived and with them a complimentary hummus dip. Very good dip. We finished off the chips with it. And then before we had finished our sandwiches, two samples of fabulous Baklava arrive! A simple lunch turned into a 5-course meal, thanks to the owner.
Excellent Mediterranean food served up in a gas station, convenience store! Imagine that!

Stopped in from out of town today bc of the excellent reviews and the food still exceeded our expectations! What a hidden gem!! The food was extremely fresh and clearly prepared with love. Portions and prices are great. The baklava was the best I’ve ever tried. The tables, chairs, floors, everything were pristine clean. We will definitely be back!

This place is hidden in the Cowboy Stop but should be its own place. The food is fresh and amazing. The hummus was the freshest I have ever tasted. I was treated to some things off the menu but WOW! The owner is kind and very generous and loves serving people.

Love this place! The owner is so kind, and the food is amazing. The hummus is the best I’ve ever had (hence the almost entirely eaten hummus in the photo ). The Gyro comes with two pitas & lots of meat, so it can definitely be split into two meals! So thankful that Stillwater has this gem ✨

Just made the top of my hidden gems list for Stillwater! The food is great, staff is helpful and friendly, and this place definitely is something you might stumble upon rather than know as a staple. Also, minority-owned I assume!

Delicious food and extremely friendly people. I asked about one of the foods they had out in view, and the owner gave me a full portion to try for free, wouldn’t accept payment! I have tried the Gyros and Shawarma and they were both delicious. The gyro was massive and you can split it between two people. The fries also come with a unique seasoning and should be tried. Highly reccomend for everyone to support this local restaurant!

First time trying this place tonight. Don’t underestimate this small and hidden restaurant. It’s fabulous!! Food was fresh and delicious, I had a gyro and baklava. Turns out it’s family run and owned. The father was friendly and really took care of us. Very genuine people. We will be back for sure!!
