I received the worst pizza and service tonight. I ordered a custom pizza since there was no hot and ready pizzas available and I had to wait. I waited almost 30 minutes for a custom and cheese pizza. I come home and open the pizzas to find. A regular poorly made pepperoni pizza and a stale cheese pizza. In order to get it solved I had to proceed to drive another 20 minutes back to the store just for me to leave even more unsatisfied than when I realized I received the wrong pizzas. I am strongly confused to why I waited all that time to get cold stale pizzas. I visit this location often for quick meals and events. I will not return to this location unless I receive a call back from customer support. I’ve waisted over a hour for 2 of the worst pizzas I have the displeasure of getting to eat.

I ordered pizzas to be picked up at 12:30 today and the young man who helped me over the phone was the friendliest most bestest customer service person I have ever interacted with!!!! Maybe send him to train the employees at subway down the road. Pizzas were fantastic too. Five stars all the way!!!!

What really disappointed me was the crazy bread. I ordered 2 pizzas which were ok, but both orders of crazy bread were completely inedible. They were hard as if they had been sitting out all morning. It’s very sad that people spend their money for things they can’t even eat. There’s no excuse they weren’t fresh except for being too lazy to throw the old ones out instead of leaving them laying under a lamp for who knows how long. There’s not much left to say other than ordering from Little Caesars was a complete disappointment.

Absolutely the MOST BESTEST Little Caesars in all of East Tennessee. We have eaten at so many locations and Jackson Blvd, Jonesborough is the best quality pizza. We drove past 3 locations yesterday due to past quality experience just to get to this location, they didn’t let us down. I wish the other locations would make their pizza with the same quality and freshness.

Waited for 10 minutes at the drive through window without being greeted. 3 cars lined up behind me. Still waiting to talk to someone. Finally decided to pull away and go inside to order some food. Got 4-5 employees to look in my direction but not a single one came to the counter to help me. Watched as they helped the three cars in the drive through line as they still didn’t bother to assist me. Finally got annoyed and left. Guess I need to take my business elsewhere.

This is maybe our 4th time for buying pizza at this location. Often, we have done a deal from our cell phone provider and no problem, pizza good, hot, pretty much right amount of everything. Guess we’re not too too fussy.
Yesterday, ordered the supreme pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green pepper and onions.
I ordered online, using the app, did an ASAP, went to drive-thru, rather than in store or delivered, and came home with a still fairly warm pizza that we easily zapped in the microwave.
Pizza had ample ingredients on it, pizza dough was great, sauce just right and we were totally content.
Really can’t ask for much more, especially with the pricing. To me, they usually do what they know really well and we’re happy they’re close to our “hood”.

I have literally been waiting for 30 min for pizza, I’m sure I watched her bring my order out to someone else, I went in said it would be another 5 min. So I will sit in drive through till I get my order and they do something about all this waisted time with 2 babies in the car. This is ridiculous!!!
