Nicest owners and family that work there, literally the best cheesesteaks, chicken salad, Italian hoagies, pizza slices for my kiddos, amazing chicken tenders, and fresh salads that I usually prefer. I went to Gaetano’s of Maple Shade yesterday afternoon, after looking it up on google maps. The Lyft driver that drove me to the restaurant told me that I chose well, that Gaetano’s is famous for the cheesesteak sandwich.
They offer a variety of different hot and cold sandwiches, as well as Pizza, Calzone & Strombolis, Dinners & Seafood, hot appetisers and Burgers.
I decided to go with the their famous 12 inches cheese steak hoagies since I was famished.
It consisted of grounded beet, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and melted mozzarella in their famous bread.
Let me tell you, it was delight. The beef was savoury with hot melted cheese, vinegar & oil and topped with their onions, tomatoes, lettuce.
I managed to finish it up. I was full and happy.
I noticed that this Cheesesteak restaurant is quite popular in the town and local area. I’ve seen quite a few regulars, which is a good sign.
The staff were also very friendly.
I recommend people passing by, tourists and locals to try their variety of amazing cheesesteak sandwiches.

Good but inconsistent. I’ve been here a few times in the past and their hoagies were decent, other times not so much. Most recently the cheesesteak was really top notch. Tons of steak, cheese and the bread was really good. Maybe just a touch over-seasoned for my tastes (quite salty even for a cheesesteak) but that’s being nit picky. My kid’s chicken tenders were fantastic though. Really nice & crispy cutlets.

Had a bad experience with onion skin in every bite of the cheesesteak. Threw 3/4’s of it away because of that. I called and the manager offered me $5 off of my next order…There won’t be a next order LOL!

Stop in and order a cheesesteak and fries for myself and nuggets and fries for my son .The fries cooked in old oil just tasted terrible. Cheesesteak was nothing as advertised. Then the so called nuggets where just disgusting i refused to let me son eat what ever that was

Usually when me and my family order gaetanos it’s amazing and fresh but last night it was cold and stale cheesesteak was horrible and the pizza was absolutely disgusting and the chicken fingers tasted and smelled sour?? and the fries were cold. Maybe it was a bad night

The past 2 out of 3 times our order was messed up. I ordered a meatball parm sandwich meal and got chicken parm. My friend got a chicken salad wrap and asked for no cheese since she doesn’t eat or drink dairy. It came with cheese but not bacon, lettuce or tomato like it said it description. Placed an order tonight and asked from grilled chicken and received beef. I’ll let them slide for tonight since it’s nye and I know they’re busy.

I ordered a meatball Parmigiano. I unwrapped it an it was open, like I had to close it if I wanted it to look like a sub. Instead I just used a knife and fork, and it was DELICIOUS . Well done
