Ordered several sandwiches and everything was fine until the vegetable toppings. Each sandwich got nothing more than a pinch of lettuce and a pinch of olives. When I asked for more, I was told there was a “shortage.”
Poor inventory management on your end should not affect what customers receive, especially when charging full price. Reduced portions with no warning and dismissive responses are unacceptable and reflect poor customer service. If ingredients are limited, that should be communicated upfront or adjusted in pricing—not passed on to the customer.

This was the cleanest and friendliest subway I think I’ve ever been too. I went here with some family for an impromptu birthday lunch and the store was not only very clean but bright and decorated for the holidays. The three employees there were happy to help us and made our sandwiches quickly. They tasted great!

I popped in early one morning to get a quick bite. As I entered I made eye contact with a male employee behind the counter. I greeted him. He said nothing then just turn and walked away. The female worker wasn’t much better.
Neither seemed like they wanted to be there and hated their jobs. They were rude and unwelcoming. If I owned the shop there’s no way I’d have them working in my store.
I love subway but I will NEVER return to that one. Nor will I send anyone their way.

Walked in and the staff working never greeted me, if she did say anything, it was in a rude manner. Mind you, no one else was there. I would have addressed her then and there but gave her the benefit of the doubt, meanwhile I’m excited for my sub combo until once it was time to ring me up, the staff says “the machine is doing its maintenance, it could take 5-25min, I said “what”, she repeated, I said “I know what I said but why didn’t you tell me it’s doing maintenance”, she then said “ or I can take ur card info down and I’ll throw it away once I enter it”. Mind you, I was on my way to work and heading to the ferry, I said “No I’ve had identity theft happen to me before, so No Thankyou! I felt like she wanted da damn sandwich herself…. Very disappointed. It shouldn’t take THAT LONG FOR MAINTENANCE ON THE CASH REGISTER or maybe have it set up to do the maintenance before opening the doors, just saying.

Been coming there for the past year nearly 4 times a week… Spend about 100 a week multiple that by 52 will give you 5200 I am giving to subway. Well not anymore because a sandwich maker want to charge me 1.40 for extra pickle…. 1.40 vs 25 meal… Hmmm y’all win. Keep the 1.40 I’ll go to Chipotle and spend 19.00 a day for lunch.

Amber made my sandwiches and was the only worker there. There was some insufferable woman infront of me in line that wanted all her footlongs with each half with different ingredients, asked for all her cookies to be bagged individually, tried to use multiple coupons on one order and complained. It was 1220am, and she was mad that the meal of the day changed. Aside from that Karen holding up the line for 30 minutes, my sandwiches were good. I ordered a footlong veggie and a meal of the day with the happy Gilmore cup.

I feel kinda weird writing a review for a subway, but this is the cleanest, nicest one I’ve ever been to. High quality ingredients, the food is amazing. I honestly forget I’m at subway.

The employee was doing everything right by the book .
Which is be as skimpy on everything as much as possible. I felt like it was pulling teeth to get enough veggies.
The bread was stale , the veggies were old , not fresh , had a funny taste like they had been uncovered in a stinky refrigerator , and absorbed a weird flavor .The dressing was not fresh either. The turkey meat was borderline of expiration.
In the past I’ve had some great sandwiches from this subway . But , this time was so disappointing. Sandwich was yucky. Service was fine .
I previously have worked at a subway in the past myself.
I know exactly how it works.

Love this location! This location was super clean and the staff were super friendly (2 very respectable young men) and made our sandwiches perfectly! All the ingredients, bread, meats and veggies were all very fresh! Everything was neatly organized too. We will definitely make the drive to this location. We live about 7 miles from this location but I will definitely make the drive to get our sandwiches from here.
