The pizza was nothing exceptional, but it was what I expect from Dominos. We were looking for a nice, easy dinner night and were planning on doing delivery. The estimated delivery time showed 45-57 minutes. Not ideal, but totally get it for ordering at prime time. About 20 minutes after I ordered, Kayla from the store called. She told me the estimated delivery time was looking more like 2+ hours. She was super accommodating to switch to pick up (20 minute wait) and made the whole process super easy. Thank you, Kayla, for your thoughtfulness and compassion towards your customers.

Order some sandwiches for my kids to eat. And they were burnt to a crisp. No, meat pizzas were good. Usually good service called to complain to the manager was hung up on and recalled and told that they were not going to redo them unless they see them.I was not able to drive to the store.That is why I got takeout.And delivery, very disappointed, look at pictures

I ordered 2 pizzas. When we got them home, I realized one of my pizzas was not fully cooked. It was doughy in the middle of the pizza. When I took the Pizza back, the store was closing , and they told us we could bring it back the next day to get a refund. However, the next day was Christmas Day so I went in a few days after that and they couldn’t refund my money because they couldn’t find the receipt in the system. So they just remade the pizzas for me. I appreciate that the manager remade my pizzas, However; I was told I could get a refund so that was disappointing.

On Sept. 4, 2025, in the afternoon I ordered two pizzas and garlic puffs and oh my gosh they were to die for! Best pizzas I’ve ever had! So delicious. I understood from the woman that delivered them that she has a new manager. Thank you so very much to the new manager! And thank you to the woman that delivered them as well. She has delivered to me many times and I always appreciate her service. It’s the best!

If I could give zero stars, I would. After moving into a new home, working all day on two hours of sleep, and being tired and hangry: we decided to order some dominoes pizza. I placed my order via the app at approximately 5:30 pm with an estimated delivery time of 44-58 minutes. It’s been raining and some of the roads were closed off so that was highly understandable. At 7:38 pm, my husband decided to call just to check on the status of our order as our child was hungry and growing increasing impatient. My husband very kindly inquired about the status of our order to which a gentleman had cut him off stating, “We’re working on it”, then proceeded to hang up. This was the first time we have ordered from this Dominoes and were appalled as we haven’t had any issues with the chain before. I called back, requested to speak with a manager. My response, “I am a manager.” I thanked him and voiced my concerns. His name was Stephen and despite being irritated from being tired, hungry, and just plain frustrated: I did not project that onto the manager— it wasn’t his fault. He did apologize however it was, “I’m sorry, I’ll deal with that.” Then proceeded to state that he just literally got there after a 6 hour long drive from Seattle. There wasn’t any attempt to rectify the situation. We cancelled the order. We will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered pizza, and got a notification that it was done extremely faster than it should have been. I called to confirm it was actually ready and they said yes.

I drive over to get it and they don’t have it, except another lady walks in with my order that they accidentally gave her and she took home and then brought back, and they took it from her and handed it to me and were like, “oh here you go, enjoy!”

I’m like, “yeahhhh, I’m not eating that when it’s been to someone’s house, and looks like it’s been messed with. You’re going to remake that.”

The staff replies “Are you sure you can’t just take it?”

I replied back, “Ummm, yeah? Also pretty positive you’re not allowed to do that.”

This is not the first time this has happened and I’m not the only one it’s happened to. This is disturbing and disgusting health practices. I will never order from a place that doesn’t care about my safety. I recommend not eating here, not to mention New York Squares has way better pizza, customer service and takes the safety of my food seriously!

I placed an order, they cancelled it without notifying me of WHY, this has happened on multiple occasions. I’ve had to go pick up my pizza before after waiting over two hours for delivery. I’ve tried many times to give them a chance, but it seems poorly ran or low staffed since I can’t even order a pizza on a Tuesday night at 6pm

Terrible !!! Ordered 2 pizzas and lava cakes, 1 pizza was over cooked/ burned , both pizzas were not sliced all the way thru so I had to get my own pizza cutter out and slice . They did not give me my dipping sauce I paid for and the lava cakes were under cooked , had to bake them when I got home . Also when I went to pick up the pizza they had their music blasting inside very loudly and zero customer service. Definitely will not return here.

I was very disappointed that the tomatoes were not fresh. The store person said they are fresh and not stewed. He also said they are fresh but stored in juice. We’ll the juice must stew the tomatoes, because someone had to of done it. They looked and tasted like stewed. When ordering they should say, tomatoes are not cut fresh, but stored in juice giving them the appearance that they have been stewed.
When I called to speak to someone, he didn’t offer to remake my food. I spent over $30 and had to pick them off.
Lesson learned. From here forward I will check before I order to ensure they are fresh cut.

Ordered EXTRAVAGANZA but got CHEESE CARDBOARD FLAVOR
Paid and tipped (for pick up)
Given wrong items. No response from the manager, repeated assurances from the online order system and contacting corporate support.. no follow up.

No refund, no offer to make new pizzas..

Even with photos of the receipt, photos of the wrong items next to the receipt, and documentation of the calls, texts, and emails initiated to resolve the issue, they are now fighting the chargeback and won because they drug out the follow up til past the dispute date.

PHOTO: pizza1 nice tasty, pizza2 CHEESE CARDBOARD FLAVOR, pizza3 and 4 were same plain cheese with no sauce. The order paid for their most expensive extravaganza type pizzas, NOT PLAIN CHEESE CARDBOARD flavor.
