Brevard Starbucks location is one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly even when they are super busy. 9 times out 10 my drink is %100 perfect.

I usually order a lavender latte with cold foam and I’m not sure if I wasn’t loud enough or wasn’t heard, but the cup said iced latte and I was too far out by the time I realized it. Definitely missed my lavender, and the cold foam was very little. It was also more expensive compared to the other Starbucks around, not sure why.

This Starbucks is always clean and the workers are professional! I enjoy this location very much! They are always friendly and make great drinks! The baristas really know what they’re doing! It’s a very calm nice atmosphere as well! Friendly faces and great coffee! Their food here is amazing as well! Their Ham and Swiss is my favorite!

I’d like to say this was a pleasant experience, but my cup of hot chocolate was not good at all. I’ve had better hot chocolate out of a packet and way less than what I’ve enjoyed at McDs, really? And neither of those cost me $3+! Clearly SB is out of their element w hot chocolate and need to stick to coffee! Count the one star as at least one in the negative. ☹️

The coffee was pedestrian at best and the service was equally as disappointing. There was somewhat of a crowd but nothing that should’ve caused that sort of delay in service time for a single cup of coffee. The area is fairly nice and the location is the same. It’s a busy little area particularly given the time of year. That yearly traffic has a significant impact on service times at this Starbucks location.

My gf works there and she cares so much about the other barista‘s! Wish she was treated better with how much effort she’s been putting in. The manager should really work on building a better relationship with her workers. It’s a great place, expensive as Starbucks is but barista‘s are great and so hard working plus the dragon drink is the BEST 100%.

So the three young girls that were working thought it would be funny to interrupt me every time I was trying to tell them what I wanted to order. Then had no clue how to make the drink I asked for so I told them how to make it and then they intentionally made it wrong. Also asked for a heated cream cheese danish and it was frozen when I got it. These three need to be fired. If management sees this, it is 3pm
