Flying from sea to lax, my flight was cancelled and I bought some Wendy’s on a Thursday morning new years day with an Alaska meal voucher. Contemplating what to purchase with the 24 dollar value I was given I decide to indulge in the Wendy’s grilled chicken and Dave’s double combo. That was the delightfully helped by Ella at the cashier and the Indian man who seems to be the manager of the establishment notify me that the tomatoes have ran out. Not minding the absence of tomatoes in my food I gleefully accepted theit offer and received the food. Contrary to the reviews the food was delicious the burgers were moist the chicken wrap was well seasoned and the fries were well seasoned and crispy. Safe to say if I were ever to end up on this airport again I will gladly come back to this Wendy’s and indulge in their offerings.

Crunched down on a literal pebble inside of the baked potato. Asked for the manager’s information in case I needed to go to the dentist and the employee talking to the manager on the phone was saying “I don’t know why he keeps asking for such a little thing.” Unbelievable.
I also had to ask multiple times to get a refund for the whole order, because they kept trying to reimburse JUST THE BAKED POTATO. My flight was boarding so I gave up on getting the manager’s info. I know Wendy’s is kind of a meme for customer service but this was next level.

I was flying from Seattle and had just checked in. It was my first time eating at Wendy’s. Even though I’ve been in the United States for more than 10 years, I never got a chance to try it before. When I saw Wendy’s next to the escalator, I went in and asked what options they had besides burgers. The guy at the front Nisar, was nice and helpful, but the other guy, Sagan, was laughing for no reason. I felt upset and asked him what was funny, but he pretended he was laughing at something else. That’s not a nice way to treat customers. While I was eating, other people also told me they felt the same. Treating customers like that is very bad and not acceptable!!

Wanted chocolate frosty but the nice man said they were out. Instead opted for vanilla and the homie hooked it up so much. Couldn’t finish the whole thing but my heart was full. Boss was chewing out employee for doing this but he just laughed. Also the prices don’t gauge you. Stop every time I go to SEATAC.

No burgers available during breakfast. Seating is just in front of the pickup counter serving 4 food outlets. At 7:30am a table was available and no one had to wait for a spot to sit and eat while we were there. Self serve kiosks need to be streamlined, several people including myself went to checkout and the sandwich wasn’t in the cart. You need to skill down to find the last confirmation button. The restaurant is popular and busy but the food was coming out of the kitchen quickly.
Food was fast and warm, not hot enough to melt the American cheese. This has to be the cheapest food option in the airport. Breakfast and a beverage for $11. A burger at Skillet is $24.

Early morning flight into SEA N gate. Their fryer was down, so they had biscuits, eggs and sausage. Everything else was out. Ordered 3 plain biscuits, still waited over 20 minutes. Oh, no butter either. This place is always a disappointment.

Forget the bad reviews. This Wendy’s is really good. And the people working are nice. Today, when I was picking up my breakfast order, I asked if they started selling burger at 10am. They said they can make it now. And they did. Beautiful.

Nothing super memorable but I’d like to say that this place was convenient in terms of me wanting to buy cheap and safe food. It was about $9 for a breakfast combo and good enough to satisfy my hunger. I didn’t experience long wait but this was because I got it at 4:30am and there were barely any people there.

They gave me the chili with the lid open inside the bag, and I almost burned myself. Also, if you order through the machines, you don’t get the opportunity to earn rewards.

I had an interesting experience while waiting for our flight. We ordered a combo meal from Wendy’s that included a Dave’s Cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry lemonade for $12.49, as well as a Baconator Double without mayo. Despite Wendy’s being busy and having plenty of staff, the two counter servers seemed more interested in talking than helping customers.
I remember one of the servers by face but not by name. I found it amusing that one of the servers admitted to not liking lemonade, even though it’s a popular drink option there. I am very curious about which lemonade option was better, everything lemonade or strawberry lemonade, so I decided to try it myself. Despite considering asking the servers about the food, I chose not to. You noticed that the staff seemed to take more precautions for other customers, which you found noteworthy.
