I was on my way to meet a friend and noticed this Starbucks as I was driving and promptly pulled through for a quick caffeine fix lol. The drive-thru was pretty quiet, and the baristas who greeted me on and off the screen were so friendly and nice, they even complimented my drink order, and offered me to pick out my favorite pastry for free! They even asked if I wanted it warmed up. I felt so giddy and happy from this interaction, and had a little girly chat moment at the window as I drove around to pick up my order. The kindness and exceptional customer service they gave me was a total mood-booster and I drove away thinking, what a nice little way to send me into my Sunday evening with a smile. I’ll definitely be stopping by again when I’m in the area!

If you’re just grabbing a cup of coffee and a sandwich, it’s better to use the drive-thru since they prioritize them over walk in customers. On Friday 06Feb26 late noon, I ordered a venti cappuccino but was given a grande instead, and I could barely taste the coffee.when I went inside there were only two customers, myself and one other and I still ended up waited almost 15 minutes just to get my drink. It’s a nice location overall, but it would really help if they assigned one barista to drive-thru and another to walk-in customers. The barista seemed overwhelmed and gave attitude when I asked about the status of my drink, likely because she was handling both at the same time.

This Starbucks location is amazing and it’s become one of my go-to spots thanks to the incredible staff. Today the drive thru did take a little longer than normal but simone was incredibly sweet gave me a gift card for the wait and apologized. Overall this store is pretty fantastic and I definitely would recommend.

I want to start off by saying that I come here at least 3 times a week if not more to study and do work and I always buy several items. It’s super close to my house and it’s a great place for me to focus. I have always been treated well by the staff. Today, however, I felt out of place and very unwelcome if i’m being honest. I was waiting on an important work call and I had gotten here and sat down for not even 15 minutes before a girl named Simone came up to me and interrupted my work making me take out my headphones to tell me that they have a strict policy of only customers allowed in the lobby….as if I didn’t belong there and needed to leave acting like I wasn’t gonna order something. When I come here I get settled in and order a snack and a drink AFTER I get comfortable and do what I need to do for work, I had every intention of ordering something, like I always do. I have never had anybody at any Starbucks rush me to buy something and I always take my time to order. It made me feel like I was being judged because I wasn’t the only person without something on my table but I was the only one an employee had come up to. It honestly sucks to feel like that coming from a place that I love to come to weekly for my studies. I ordered a few things and stayed for a couple hours up until close and the employees kept looking over at me doing my work like they wanted me to leave. A guy shouted across the Starbucks loud enough for me to hear over my headphones saying “Ma’am not to rush you but we close in 10 minutes” although I already knew what time they closed and planned on leaving before they were closed…. It was 15 minutes before they closed at this point. I was waiting on my fiancé to pick me up in the next few minutes and i’m pregnant so I wasn’t gonna stand outside in the cold. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience tonight because I genuinely liked coming to this Starbucks but I most likely won’t be coming back to this location to study after the way I left feeling tonight.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Parker. It is also very convenient and it is on my way to work and have been coming here regularly since they opened! I am not sure what everyone’s bad reviews are about… I have never had a problem with the staff or food. Everyone here is so friendly and always brighten my mornings!!! The drive thru wait is no longer than anywhere else these days. I’m thinking these people complaining, just lack patience!

This is a new location, close to my home. First time, went through the drive thru. Placed my order, paid for my order and I had to send back the order because it was not made right. Once the girl gave me my order, it still was not right. She was rude and didn’t even apologize or say goodbye. These people have one job, to make coffee and serve people. Why do they take it so personally when they make a mistake. Acknowledge that you made a mistake, fix it and move on. Starbucks you are losing your touch. Very sad. I will not go back to this location ever.

I don’t leave reviews, but this Starbucks absolutely deserves one (not in a good way). The management here is HORRENDOUS. Mobile orders take forever, in-store orders take even longer, the whole place is disorganized and overwhelmed. One of the store managers Vangie was downright rude and unhelpful. A simple question was met with an attitude. Not coming back to this location ever.

Drive thru is always extremely slow. I’ve never sat for so long so many times at this location. Super convenient location but I’m going to go somewhere more out of my way to not sit for 20 minutes.

Having a Muslim wearing an all black hijab at the window with a visible black eye is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The drive thru is slow (15-30 mins on average) and got did get my order incorrect.
