I got an email saying that my pizza left the building at 7:42. I live 1.2 miles from them and my pizza arrived at 8:22. The pizzas were burnt and cold. I asked for Parmigian packets and red pepper flake packets (did not get either). I added bacon and their bacon consisted of fat chunks. When I called, the person said they only had 1 driver. Why don’t they inform you of this, I would have picked it up or ordered elsewhere. Domino’s doesn’t have problems getting drivers.

Absolutely pathetic!!! Would give these thieves negative starts if it were possible! Ordered online with credit card from South Alex Road 12/28/22. Got a text saying food was delivered, but nothing had ever shown up! I was waiting with the door open and lights on. Called in to store and they said they didn’t have a driver and used Door Dash and the driver must have stolen my food. And since they said it was delivered, and the store was closing, there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t refund my card or replace the pizza I never received. So now I have to wait until morning to report the charge on my card as BLATANT FRAUD!!! Again, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
