So this is a mixed review. We order 3 pizzas online, and they arrived 30-40 minutes after the email said it would be there. I am giving 4 stars because of the service. Whoever we spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and nice. When we received the pizzas one pizza was totally burned. When we called they gave us a free pizza credit which we were able to use later. The other two pizzas were good tho. I think it was just a rough night.

I have a issue with port product. I simply asked to not have any pork products it turned into a big ordeal to order a pizza. Seems like I tried to do this before about five months ago or three months ago depending
This shouldn’t be an issue. I’m tired of trying to order food without pork products and getting shorted on ingredients on a deluxe pizza. It’s simple. Good luck in your management of these types of events. I ordered my pizzas during the day afternoons. Never had this issue, but I never had an issue with eating pork either. Thank you for making me feel inferior and you hung the phone up on me. Ridiculous. Should be very simple.
Suggesting the mariachi chicken is pretty easy right it’s got chicken. I couldn’t eat the jalapeños. I didn’t want to get shorted on the ingredients. I’m being punished. Just order the pizza now. I don’t have a pizza again.
I can drive across the United States in order these pizzas on the road, but I struggle with your location. I don’t know why over the phone.

Called to order and was put through to the store 2 times and both times spoke with manager who hung up on me both times as he said he was the only employee in the store. Ordered a Italian chef salad online and a calzone food came an hour and 15 minutes later and the salami on the salad looked like someone ate and put the other half on the salad and the other toppings weren’t there. I wasted my money I won’t be back.

Ordered and picked up a couple of steak subs Friday Night. The were supposed to be two steak subs with marinara sauce but instead they were both mushroom. The receipt also showed marinara on the big receipt stabled to the bag. It was so chaotic at pickup. There was a guy waiting for them to redo an order (he said he had been waiting forever), three more additional patrons waiting for service. There was no room inside for me to comfortly ck my order before leaving. So, I headed home 20 mins from restaurant and found out when we opened that order was wrong. Wasted 20.00

Then they wanted to argue with me about it saying they put a medium pizza in a small box which was a lie. The guy was very rude about it. I ordered a Carry out for one large mariachi beef pizza. When I got there I was told it was still in the oven soI waited and waited and waited until there was nobody in the restaurant left, and I couldn’t see any pizzas in the oven. The girl behind the counter was clearly hiding from me, so I had to say it a loud tone. Excuse me is my pizza in the oven to which the manager came and from the kitchen told me if I was being rude. I could just leave. I said my pick up time for my order was 40 minutes ago… Long story short I ended up having to call the police to get a receipt for proof of refund because the manager refused to give me my order or refund the cost. Zero stars do not recommend

I ordered a pizza and it was an hour late. When it got here the package of breadsticks had een tampered with and my pizza was all over the box when I opened it. Needless to say, I didn’t feel comfortable serving this meal to my family. My complaint the next morning was dealt with so terribly by shift lead Daniel. He was extremely rude and dismissive.

Very disappointed with the customer service and the fact that my order was never delivered. I placed an order at 1:20 PM for a 2:01 PM delivery. I called at 2:30 PM and again at 3:00 PM, only to find out the order had never even left the location. I requested a full refund, which the Donatos employee confirmed, but I still haven’t received it. I do not recommend ordering from this location.
