Justin was awesome and surprised us with free garlic rolls. Super friendly and welcoming. Definitely ask for him if you stop by. Bonus: if you ask for him he’ll tell you your celebrity look alike. The pizzas are huge and delicious.

Upon entering here, you get a NYC vibe, but there was a huge red flag. Slices for sale, small dine-in area, pizza boxes stacked high, and a real pizza oven. Upon closer inspection, we should have seen the red flag: This NYC pizza place had a Chicago style pizza decoration. If they knew anything about NYC pizza, they would destroy that decoration.

The pizza was only a step up from national delivery chains. The dough was too chewy and the sauce was just not right.

They tried NYC pizza and made a valiant effort. They just missed the mark like a bunch of home-boys from the UK trying to sing Sweet Home Alabama.

My moms house is 3 blocks away from New York Roma Pizza . We have passed by this place hundreds of times and I’ve always been curious to try it.
Recently we had a few family members visiting from out of state and everyone was in the mood for pizza and I took the lead and went ahead and placed an order with them . We ordered an extra large vegetarian pizza and added pepperoni and fresh garlic.
My goodness !! The pizza was huge and when I got it in the car, it smelled absolutely wonderful. When I got it back home everyone was waiting and the first thing they noticed was it’s size and the delicious aroma. When we opened the box , our mouths started to salivate. This pizza not only smelled awesome but was the epitome of what every pizza should look like. It was absolutely a work of art.
The ingredients used were extraordinarily fresh !! The tomatoes were exquisite !! The mushrooms weren’t your ordinary canned mushrooms or your simple white mushrooms from the supermarket.
The mushrooms used were shiitakes or portobello mushrooms, and you could tell that they were cut by hand.
Everything on the pizza was placed meticulously and plentiful, they didn’t hold anything back .
It was the best pizza we’ve ever had by far hands down !! That’s saying a lot , because we are pizza aficionados and have had pizzas from different parts of the country as well as the birthplace of pizzas in the wonderful country of Italy.
New York Roma Pizza just became the number 1 on our worldwide pizza list.

To think that they have been around the corner form us for years now and we just now tried it is shame on us. We won’t be making this mistake again I can guarantee you that !!

Again , great job on the wonderful food and the staff was super friendly very hospitable.

An absolutely wonderful culinary experience !!

Dough is dense. My pizza crust did. Not rise. The garlic rolls were dense and not garlicky enough. If they fix the dough could be decent pizza. I likes the cheese. Nice and salty.

It’s definitely hit and miss but luckily it’s been more of a hit lately for me. Last two ordered have been perfectly done and everyone was satisfied. The reviews of others are certainly scary hence why I said it’s hit and miss.

After reading the reviews, I feel that we got our pizza on a bad night. This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The pepperoni were far too few, the cheese was not melted or of a decent quality, and the flavor was absent. This looked more like a gas station pizza. The other pictures and reviews seem positive, but this was a very bad experience for us. I don’t recommend it and will not try again.

Please stay far away from this place. If I can leave negative 100 Stars I absolutely would. I asked for a pizza well done and they delivered a pizza that was absolutely black and burnt and not edible for my children. I then called the restaurant to tell them what was going on but of course they barely spoke any English and a little bit that they did they were too busy yelling at me. Every time I tried to speak the man talked over me and then proceeded to hang up on me. So I called back and speak with the young lady that’s there and she continues to talk over me, I said please let me speak and she said no you shut up and listen so I laughed and I said okay have a great day. The whole point of delivery is not having to leave the house especially when you have to load up the kids but that’s what I proceeded to do and head over to the restaurant with your 10 minutes away. I figured okay maybe in person they will speak correctly and I can show them and maybe get a fresh pizza done but no I get there show them the pizza and the little kid then proceeds to continue to yell in my face gets in my face and tells me this is what you ordered so too bad deal with it I looked at the girl thinking maybe I could get through to her and she just Shrugged their shoulders and walked away and said she don’t care. So being that I had the children in the car and I refuse to argue with anybody especially a child over their dumb mistakes I handed them their pizza box back and said no thank you you deal with it now, the little boy then proceeded to spit in the pizza box and tried to hand it back to me. I let it fall right there on the floor and left and said I will be letting everybody know about this place and how horrible it is. Please do not ever order from here because you don’t know if this kid is spitting in your orders or not. They truly just do not care. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Attaching pictures of the burnt pizza they delivered to me and expected me to feed my children with without a care in the world. Their customer service is horrendous!

Yes it’s a drive thru, BUT the food is AMAZINGLY GOOD! I ordered a lasagna and the portion was HUGE… that’s a plus, especially in Miami. Price great! The taste was Phenomenal, and I will definitely order from them again. Olive Garden who?

Ordered their supreme pizza. Probably one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The dough felt like it was not fully cooked and was incredibly soggy by the time I got it. when I picked up each slice, all the toppings, including cheese, just slid right off all at once The chain restaurants are much better than this, do not recommend.

Pizza was 3 stars. Honestly. I went here on a friend’s recommendation. The style of pizza is napoletana, so thick crush. It is *not* bad pizza. Nothing about it stood out. I can’t say I’m completely unbiased (because of the service I’ll talk about next), but this is not a 4 star pizza as even if everything went smoothly. I had the NY Famous pizza, 18″ size.

Here’s the rub: it’s a pizza drive thru. It’s in the name. Now, pizza takes a while to make, especially good pizza, I accept that. Took around minutes to order. 2 cars in front of me, 7.5 minutes per car. Fine. Ordered, paid for it. Was told to park around, and told it would take 20 minutes. I waited in the car, listening to music, browsing the internet. No worries. 25 minutes went by. 30 minutes, 35 minutes, I drove around to cancel. The owner/ manager sees what’s about to happen, “hey do you guys have my friend’s pizza?” One of the employees picks up a pizza that was just sitting there on top of the oven. Got home, pizza was barely warm, I live 3 minutes away, as per Google maps. It indicates the pizza had been sitting there for a little bit. Owner/manager tried to mitigate the situation “do you want a coke? Coke comes with the pizza. Garlic bread?” No thank you. Drove off with just the pizza. “Next time you can order online so you don’t wait so long.” No, get your house in order first and then I’ll consider doing business again.
